Revenue for the quarter was $58.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $58.59 million. Sees FY10 EPS of $0.54 - $0.60, compared to $0.63 consensus. The stock was also downgraded to Hold at Needham & Company.

NIC (NASDAQ: EGOV) 24.4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.04, versus the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $36.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $36.70 million.

ThermoGenesis Corp. (Nasdaq: KOOL) 23.4% HIGHER; today announced a new enhanced distribution agreement with GE Healthcare, a unit of General Electric Company (NYSE: GE), for its AXP® AutoXpress ™ (AXP) System used in the processing of cord blood. The company also reported Q2 loss of $0.03, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $6 million, which compares to the estimate of $19.40 million.

Interphase Corp. (Nasdaq: INPH) 19.7% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.57, versus loss of $0.20 last year. Revenue for the quarter was $4.7 million, which compares to $5.2 million last year.

Power-One (NASDAQ: PWER) 17.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter was $142 million, which compares to the estimate of $114.87 million.

NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N) 17% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.02, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter was $43 million, which compares to the estimate of $43.03 million.

Bebe Stores (NASDAQ: BEBE) 16.7% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.03, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter was $141.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $145.01 million. The stock was also upgraded to Buy at Roth Capital.

Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX: AAC) 12.7% HIGHER; released a statement today about its acquisition of SinoCoking, a coal and coke producer based in central China.
