Caribou Coffee (Nasdaq: CBOU) 21% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.07, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenues for the quarter were $68 million, versus the consensus of $67.80 million.

Citigroup, Inc. (NYSE: C) 7% HIGHER; Financials higher this AM
Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) 5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.11, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenues for the quarter were $289.6 million, versus the consensus of $285.18 million. Sees Q1 revs of $304-$305 million, versus the consensus of $305.5 million. Sees Q1 GAAP EPS of $0.10-$0.11. Lowers its FY10 revs guidance from $1.35-$1.36 billion to $1.3-$1.33 billion, versus the consensus of $1.33 billion. Sees GAAP EPS of $0.54-$0.55.

Limited sees Q1 loss of $0.07-$0.12, versus the consensus of a profit $0.01. Limited sees FY10 EPS of $0.60-0.85 versus the consensus of $0.89.
Tyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) 5.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.17, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenues for the quarter were $69.5 million, versus the consensus of $69.45 million. Sees FY09 revs of $292-$298 million, versus the consensus of $284.4 million and EPS of $0.66-$0.72, versus the Street estimate of $0.71.
