SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (Nasdaq: SIRI) 45% HIGHER; Liberty Media Corporation (Nasdaq: LINTA) entered into agreements invest an aggregate of $530 million in the form of loans to SIRIUS XM and its subsidiaries and receive an equity interest in SIRIUS XM.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC (NYSE: LYG) 20% LOWER; Continues recent weakness. Citi downgrades to Hold.

Retalix Ltd. (Nasdaq: RTLX) 19% HIGHER; announced today that, although the Company has not been for sale, the Board of Directors received on February 14, 2009, a non-binding proposal to purchase all the outstanding shares of the Company in a merger transaction for a price of $8.00 per share in cash.

Eagle Bulk Shipping, Inc. (Nasdaq: EGLE) 17% LOWER; Lazard downgrade

Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) 13% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.45, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Sees FY09 non-GAAP EPS of $2.75-$3.15, versus the consensus of $3.26. Ameren also cut their quarterly dividned from $0.635 to $0.385 per share.

General Motors (NYSE: GM) 12% LOWER; To submit recovery plan to the government later today and asks for billions more. Negotiations with the UAW and bondholders continue.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 11% LOWER; Financials lower on word it may be weeks before details on the Public-Private Investment Fund.

Excel Maritime Carriers, Ltd. (NYSE: EXM) 11% LOWER; Announces Suspension of Dividend

ArvinMeritor Inc. (NYSE: ARM) 10% LOWER; Panera Bread Co. (Nasdaq: PNRA) will replace ArvinMeritor in the S&P MidCap 400.

JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM) 10% LOWER; Financials lower on word it may be weeks before details on the Public-Private Investment Fund.

Deere & Co. (NYSE: DE) 7% LOWER; Goldman downgrade to Sell

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) 7% LOWER; Financials lower on word it may be weeks before details on the Public-Private Investment Fund.

Crucell NV (Nasdaq: CRXL) 7% LOWER; RBS downgrade

Google Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG) 3.5% LOWER; ThinkEquity downgrades
