Delphi Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: DFG) 72.7% HIGHER; Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. and Delphi today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which TMHD will acquire all outstanding shares of Delphi, a leading financial services holding company comprised of specialty life and property & casualty insurance and insurance-related businesses, for $43.875 per Class A share and $52.875 per Class B share in cash, through TMHD's wholly owned subsidiary, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. In addition, Delphi shareholders will receive $1.00 in cash per share pursuant to a one-time special dividend from Delphi for each share of Class A and Class B stock they own.

Ampio Pharma (Nasdaq: AMPE) 19.6% LOWER; prices 2.22 million common shares at $4.25 per share.

Nanosphere, Inc. (Nasdaq: NSPH) 17.4% HIGHER; has obtained CE IVD Mark under the European Directive on In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices for its Gram-Positive Blood Culture Nucleic Acid Test (BC-GP) on the automated sample-to-result Verigene System.

CommVault (Nasdaq: CVLT) 16.5% LOWER; falling below the 200-day and resistance at both $46 and $40.

Oracle Corp (NASDAQ: ORCL) 14.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.54, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.23 billion. Authorized added $5 billion buyback. Sees Q3 sales up 1-5% in US dollars, or 3-7% in constant currency. Sees Q3 adj-EPS of 55-58c in US dollars, 56-59c constant currency. The stock was downgraded at Credit Agricole, Canaccord Genuity and France's SocGen.

Shaw Group, Inc. (NYSE: SHAW) 13.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.48, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.52 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.05-$2.15, versus prior guidance of $2.00-$2.10 and the consensus of $2.02. Sees FY2012 revenue of $5.5-$6.0 billion, versus the consensus of $5.93 billion.

Tibco Software (Nasdaq: TIBX) 13.1% LOWER; stock tumbling today ahead of Q4 results after the close later.

ZAGG Inc. (NASDAQ: ZAGG) 13.1% LOWER; announced today that it expects revenues for full year 2011 to exceed $175 million. Toppingthe Streets consensus of $171.84 million This compares to previously published guidance of $170 million for the year. Click here to see the full report.

Qlik Technologies (Nasdaq: QLIK) 12.8% LOWER; technicians selling today as shares gapped below an important technical moving average.

FSI International, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSII) 11.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.08), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $17.76 million. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $30-$35 million.

Fortinet (Nasdaq: FTNT) 11.9% LOWER; amid the low volume holiday week (although volume in Fortinet is very heavy), a lot of stocks are trading mostly on technicals. Fortinet is another, having fallen below the $21 level at the open.

Informatica (Nasdaq: INFA) 11.7% LOWER; after gapping below $40, the stock saw some consolidation near the $37 level, however has slipped since then. Volume is heavy.

Teradata (NYSE: TDC) 10.9% LOWER; Oppenheimer downgraded the stock from Outperform to Perform.

Actuant Corp. (NYSE: ATU) 9.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.50, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $393 million versus the consensus estimate of $376.25 million. Actuant Corp. sees FY2012 EPS of $1.85-$2.05, versus prior guidance of $1.80-$2.00 and the consensus of $1.88.

Delcath (Nasdaq: DCTH) 9.6% HIGHER; bounced over the $2 level just after the open this morning. Volume is only slightly heavier than normal.

Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHFL) 8.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.75 million versus the consensus estimate of $61.87 million.

Jaguar Mining (NYSE: JAG) 7.9% HIGHER; holder BI Partners has proposed the voiding of standstill confidentiality pacts with Shandong.

Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) 7.2% HIGHER; hearing Reuters reports the company turned down takeover offers from Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN) and others. Click here to see the full report.

Cintas Corp (NASDAQ: CTAS) 6.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1 billion. Cintas Corp sees FY2012 EPS of $2.16-$2.20, versus prior guidance of $1.97-$2.05 and the consensus of $2.03. Cintas Corp sees FY2012 revenue of $4.075-$4.125 billion, versus prior guidance of $4.0-$4.1 billion and the consensus of $4.08 billion.
