Morning Movers 11/20: TTIL, INO, SRLS, NLST, ZUMZ Higher; EFUT, BOFL, HFFC, ADCT, AMFI Lower

TTI Telecom (NASDAQ: TTIL) 31.3% HIGHER; continuing higher this morning following yesterday's 49% surge. The firm reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $10.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $11.75 million.

e-Future Information Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: EFUT) 28% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $3.39, or a loss of $0.50 adjusted, compared to a gain of $0.32 in the same quarter last year.

Inovio Biomedical Corporation (Amex: INO) 25.8% HIGHER; announced today that a combination of its synthetic consensus H1N1, H2N2, H3N2, and H5N1 influenza vaccine candidates achieved protective antibody responses against several different influenza sub-types and strains in ferrets. In addition, ferrets immunized with Inovio's SynConTM universal flu vaccine combinations were 100% protected against death and sickness in a challenge with the A/H1N1 (2009) swine-origin influenza.

Bank of Florida Corp. (Nasdaq: BOFL) 21.6% LOWER; downgraded two-notches from Buy to Sell at Stifel Nicolaus today. The stock fell almost 16% yesterday amid a Raymond James downgrade.

SeraCare Life Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRLS) 18.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.08, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $12.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $11.75 million.

HF Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: HFFC) 17.6% LOWER; today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2.5 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $20 million. The net proceeds of the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses are approximately $17.939 million.

Netlist (Nasdaq: NLST) 14.7% HIGHER; today marks the 10th trading day in a row that this stock has had a double-digit percentage swing. Volume remains extremely heavy.

ADC (NASDAQ: ADCT) 14.1% LOWER; announced unaudited results for its two-month fourth quarter ended September 30, 2009. As previously announced, ADC changed its fiscal year end to September 30 from October 31. The company reported fourth quarter revenue of $183.9 million and GAAP loss from continuing operations of $19.2 million, or $0.20 per share. The GAAP loss includes certain after-tax charges of $25.5 million. Excluding these charges, the non-GAAP (adjusted) net earnings for the quarter were $6.3 million, or $0.06 per share. The company generated cash from continuing operations of $27.3 million for the two-month quarter and $86.0 million for the 11-month 2009 fiscal year. Net sales for the proforma 2009 fourth quarter totaled $293.6 million, compared to $355.9 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008 and $292.3 million for the third quarter ending June 26, 2009. The year-over-year decline in sales principally reflects the impact of the global recession across all of our businesses.

Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) 12.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.17, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter was $113.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $112.01 million. Q3 comps down 8%. Zumiez sees Q4 EPS of $0.18-$0.22, versus the consensus of $0.25. Q4 comps high-to-mid single digits.

AMCORE Financial's (Nasdaq: AMFI) 12.3% LOWER; AMCORE Bank, N.A. today announced that it has completed the sale of its branches in the Wisconsin communities of New Glarus and Belleville to Union Bank & Trust Company of Evansville, WI. The sale included approximately $19 million in loans, $31 million in deposits and sweep accounts. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Novavax, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVAX) 10.9% LOWER; today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 6,800,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.30 per share. The approximately $21 million of net proceeds, after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions, will be used for preclinical studies and clinical trials of our VLP-based vaccines, internal research and development programs, working capital, capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on or about November 25, 2009, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Kirkland's, Inc. (NASDAQ: KIRK) 10.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.27, versus the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $92.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $85.99 million.

Griffon Corporation (NASDAQ: GFF) 9.8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.21, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $328.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $326.50 million.

Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) 9.3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.23, 5 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter was $12.9 Billion, which compares to the estimate of $13.2 million.

D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) 8.8% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.73, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.24). Revenue for the quarter was $1.01 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.11 billion.
