TTI Telecom (NASDAQ: TTIL) 23.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.07, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $10.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $11.75 million.
Microvision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS) 22.6% LOWER; today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6.7 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.00 per share. Microvision has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.0 million shares of its common stock to cover over-allotments, if any
Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) 18.8% HIGHER; today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of communities from affiliates of Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (NYSE: SRZ). The Company acquired 18 communities and three additional communities were acquired directly from Sunrise by an unrelated third party. China Medical Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMED) 16.8% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.10, and revenue for the quarter of $24.3 million. Sees Q310 revs of $24.9 - $26.4 million, versus $24.61 million consensus.
Hot Topic (NASDAQ: HOTT) 15% LOWER; reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.15, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter was $189.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $190.48 million. Sees Q409 EPS $0.23 - $0.26, versus $0.30 consensus. Sees Q4 comps down in high single digits. The stock was also downgraded at Piper Jaffray and Citi.
Semtech (NASDAQ: SMTC) 12.3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.19, ex-items, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $75.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $72.50 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.15-$0.17, versus the consensus of $0.27. Sales for the quarter will be unchanged to up 4% from Q3.
AltiGen Communications (NASDAQ: ATGN) 10.1% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.05, compared to ($0.05) in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $4.87 million, versus $5.11 million in Q408.
Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. (NYSE: DKS) 9.8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.16, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $989.82 million, which compares to the estimate of $961.52 million.
Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NYSE: NMM) 9.4% LOWER; announced today that it has priced its follow-on public offering of 4,000,000 common units, which represent limited partnership interests, at $14.90 per unit. Navios Partners has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any.
Bank of Florida (Nasdaq: BOFL) 9.3% LOWER; downgraded two-notches from Outperform to Underperform at Raymond James.
NetEase.com Inc (NASDAQ: NTES) 8.7% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.45, versus the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter was $128.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $139.87 million.
Jack in the Box (NASDAQ: JACK) 8.7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.70, 15 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter was $540.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $549.49 million. Same Store Sales were down 6%. Sees Q1 comps down 10%, and FY10 comps down 3 - 10%.
Donaldson (NYSE: DCI) 8.3% HIGHER; reports Q1 adj-EPS of $0.45, ex-items, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter was $428.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $423.18 million. Raises its FY10 EPS guidance to $1.75-$1.95, versus the consensus of $1.45.
