General Motors (NYSE: GM) 6.7% LOWER; automakers testified in front of Congress on bailout yesterday. There seems to be a growing call to let them go bankrupt.

ReneSola (NYSE: SOL) 5% LOWER; More analyst downgrades after yesterday's earnings.

Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSUN) 4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.01, ex-items, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter was $323.6 million, versus the consensus of $320.66 million.

Ctrip.com (Nasdaq: CTRP) 4% LOWER; Citi cuts to Sell

Jack In The Box (NYSE: JBX) 4% LOWER; Reports Q4 earnings of $0.46 per share, above the consensus of $0.45. Revenues came in at $582.7 million, versus the consensus of $689.9 million. Jack In The Box sees Q1 EPS of $0.50-$0.55 versus the consensus of $0.62. Jack In The Box sees FY09 EPS of $2.00-$2.20, versus the consensus of $2.21.

Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO) 3% LOWER; sees Q3 sales of about $390 million, versus the consensus of $397.17 million. Sees Q3 same store sales up 2%. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.41-$0.43, versus the Street estimate of $0.53. Revised its Q4 EPS guidance to $1.06-$1.20, versus the Street estimate of $1.35.

Research In Motion Ltd. (Nasdaq: RIMM) 2.5% HIGHER; Goldman adds to Buy List

IMAX Corporation (Nasdaq: IMAX) 2.5% HIGHER; New 5-picture deal with Disney

Trina Solar (NYSE: TSL) 2% LOWER; reports Q3 earnings of $1.34 per share, above the consensus of $1.21. Revenues came in at $290.7 million, versus the consensus of $276.9 million. Trina Solar sees Q4 revenues of $190-$210 million, versus the consensus of $274.63 million. Trina Solar sees FY08 revenues of $800-$850 million, versus prior guidance $850-$900 million and the consensus of $865.2 million.

LDK Solar Co.Ltd. (LDK) 2% HIGHER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.77 per share, above the consensus of $0.71. Revenues came in at $541.8 million, versus the consensus of $486.7 million. LDK Solar sees Q4 revenues of $555-$565 million, versus the consensus of $512.99 million and gross margin of 18%-21%. LDK Solar sees FY09 revenues of $2.9-$3.1 billion, versus the consensus of $2.57 billion and gross margin of 26%-31%.

Phillips-Van Heusen (NYSE: PVH) 2% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.10, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.07. Revenue for the quarter was $727.5 million, versus the consensus of $713.16 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.23-$0.33, versus the consensus of $0.58. Revises its FY08 adj-EPS guidance to $3.00-$3.10.
