Jack In The Box (NYSE: JBX) 4% LOWER; Reports Q4 earnings of $0.46 per share, above the consensus of $0.45. Revenues came in at $582.7 million, versus the consensus of $689.9 million. Jack In The Box sees Q1 EPS of $0.50-$0.55 versus the consensus of $0.62. Jack In The Box sees FY09 EPS of $2.00-$2.20, versus the consensus of $2.21.

LDK Solar Co.Ltd. (LDK) 2% HIGHER; reports Q3 earnings of $0.77 per share, above the consensus of $0.71. Revenues came in at $541.8 million, versus the consensus of $486.7 million.
