LoJack (Nasdaq: LOJN) 24.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.15, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter was $38.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $37.00 million.

The Jones Group (NYSE: JNY) 23.3% LOWER; reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.54, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Cascade Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: CASB) 19.6% LOWER; reports Q3 GAAP loss of $0.54, vs. the analyst estimate of ($0.78) and compared to a loss of $2.02 during the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $ million, which compares to the estimate of $ million.

Compellent Technologies (NYSE: CML) 18.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.15, ex-items, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter was $42.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $38.05 million. The stock was also upgraded at Piper Jaffray and Craig-Hallum.

BSD Medical Corporation (Nasdaq: BSDM) 17.5% HIGHER; seeing a bid following an article in SeekingAlpha.com claiming the company could be a takeover target. The article states, "It's acquisition season. Companies are scooping up medtechs left and right. And that means Christmas could come early for BSD investors. Potential buyers had better hurry up with their bids, though, as it won’t be long before this little company blasts off."

SulphCo, Inc. (Amex: SUF) 17.2% LOWER; announced today that it had finalized the execution of Subscription Agreements on October 27, 2010 for the sale of 5 million shares of common stock at $0.50 per share in a registered direct offering. Net proceeds to SulphCo after fees and estimated expenses will be approximately $2.35 million.

Trident Microsystems Inc. (Nasdaq: TRID) 14.3% LOWER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.00, versus ($0.08) reported for the same period a year ago. Tsakos Energy Navigation Ltd. (NYSE: TNP) 14.1% LOWER; announces the offering of 7,623,328 common shares, which includes 896,861 shares being offered by entities affiliated with Tsakos family. TEN will use the net proceeds from the public offering for the expansion of its fleet and for general corporate purposes.

F5 Networks (Nasdaq: FFIV) 14% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.79, ex-items, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter was $254.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $248.23 million. Sees Q1 adj-EPS of 80-82c, vs. the consensus of 73c. Announces a $200 million share buyback.

Oceaneering International (NYSE: OII) 13.2% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.09, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter was $516.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $471.60 million. Sees Q4 EPS of 80-85c, vs. the consensus of 72c. Raises its FY10 EPS guidance from $3.20-$3.40 to $3.57-$3.62, vs. the consensus of $3.39. Sees FY11 EPS of $3.45-$3.75, which compares to the Street estimate of $3.54.

JDA Software (Nasdaq: JDAS) 12% HIGHER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.47, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter was $158.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $155.78 million. Sees higher of FY10 sales outlook.

RF Micro Device (Nasdaq: RFMD) 11.3% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.19, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $285.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $275.93 million.

Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI) 11.3% HIGHER; last night announced that it has commenced a modified “Dutch Auction” cash tender offer for the purchase of up to $50.0 million of shares of its common stock at a price of not less than $6.75 per share and not greater than $7.75 per share. The tender offer may result in the purchase of up to approximately 7.4 million shares of its common stock, representing approximately 12% of total shares outstanding.

Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S) 10.3% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.30, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.28). Revenue for the quarter was $8.15 billion, which compares to the estimate of $8.03 billion. Reaffirms FY10 CapEx outlook.

CSG Systems (Nasdaq: CSGS) 10% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.59, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Mercury Computer (Nasdaq: MRCY) 9.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS from continuing operations of $0.16, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter was $52.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $49.41 million.
