Cascade Financial (NASDAQ: CASB) 75.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, ex-items, compared to a loss of $0.55 in the same quarter last year.

Antigenics (Nasdaq: AGEN) 41.2% LOWER; announced has received a negative vote from the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use, of the European Medicines Agency, for its Oncophage marketing application. Click here for the full report.

VeriChip Corporation (NASDAQ: CHIP) 23.1% HIGHER; announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with the Diabetes Research Institute to combine efforts on the further development of the glucose-sensing radio frequency identification microchip in conjunction with VeriChip's development partner, RECEPTORS LLC. The South Financial Group Inc (NASDAQ: TSFG) 21% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of ($1.95), versus the analyst estimate of ($0.45). The stock was also downgraded at both SunTrust and Fox-Pitt.

SLM Corp. (NYSE: SLM) 19.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 core EPS of $0.26, which may not compare to the the analyst estimate of $0.04.

ClickSoftware Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: CKSW) 17.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.11, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $16.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $15.40 million. The company sees Q409 revenues between $16 million and $16.7 million. FY09 total revs at $60 million to $60.7 million. Consensus revs for Q409 and FY09 are $16.71 million and $59.45 million, respectively.

Polycom, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCM) 17% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.31 non-GAAP, versus the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $243 million, which compares to the estimate of $236 million.

Gentex (NASDAQ: GNTX) 16.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.17, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter was $155.70 million, which compares to the estimate of $137.76 million. Gentex sees Q409 sales to increase by 30% - 35% over Q4 2008.

Industrial Services of America, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDSA) 15.7% HIGHER; announced financial guidance for the third quarter of 2009. Based on actual results and projected trends, the Company said third quarter basic and diluted earnings are expected to be in the range of $0.53 to $0.57 per share. Basic and diluted earnings for the third quarter of 2008 were $.36 per share.

Knight Capital Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NITE) 13.8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS from continuing operations of $0.32, below the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter was $299.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $282.04 million.

Banner Corporation (Nasdaq: BANR) 12.1% HIGHER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.44, better than the analyst estimate of $0.91 loss. Revenue for the quarter was $45.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $39.5 million.

Fulton Financial (NASDAQ: FULT) 10.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.10, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.07.

Fannie Mae (NYSE: FNM) 10.7% HIGHER; correcting today following a 23% slide over the last two trading sessions.

Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) 10.5% HIGHER; has fallen nearly 30% since the beginning of this week.

RC2 CORP (NASDAQ: RCRC) 10.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.66, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter was $126.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $130.96 million. RC2 sees FY09 EPS $1.30-$1.40, versus the consensus of $1.35.

Epicor Software (Nasdaq: EPIC) 9.2% HIGHER; Benchmark upgrades the stock to Buy. Price target $10. Click here for the full report.

Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN) 8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.26, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter was $4.2 billion, which compares to the estimate of $3.95 billion.
