ZAGG Inc. (Nasdaq: ZAGG) 36.3% HIGHER; announced that they plan on exceed $20 million in revs for the third quarter, and now guides for full year 2010 revenue growth of 70%. The street is looking for Q310 sales of $14.6 million. The stock is currently halted, but was halted after the news came out.

Apollo Group (Nasdaq: APOL) 25.3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.31, ex-items, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $1.30. Revenue for the quarter was $1.26 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.26 billion. Withdraws FY11 guidance. Shares were downgraded at FBR, Signal Hill, Stifel Nicolaus and Barclays.

Education Management (Nasdaq: EDMC) 19% LOWER; entire Education group getting whacked amid Apollo's withdrawn guidance.

Corinthian Colleges (Nasdaq: COCO) 18.3% LOWER;

PharmAthene, Inc. (Amex: PIP) 18% HIGHER; announced today that based on information provided by PharmAthene in its compliance plan, and discussions with Exchange staff, the NYSE Amex LLC has determined that the Company made a reasonable demonstration of its ability to regain compliance with the NYSE Amex listing requirements and granted PharmAthene an extension until January 26, 2012 to demonstrate its compliance.

ITT Educational Services (NYSE: ESI) 17.4% LOWER;

Charming Shoppes, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRS) 16.6% LOWER; announces that their CEO, James P. Fogarty, is stepping down from his position. Fogarty has also resigned from the Board. Executive Vice-President of Global Sourcing and Business Transformation Anthony M. Romano has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Grand Canyon Education (Nasdaq: LOPE) 10.8% LOWER;

Video Display Corporation (Nasdaq: VIDE) 10.6% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of 15 cents, versus breakeven for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $22.1 million, compared to $16.8 million in Q209.

Wendy's (NYSE: WEN) 10.4% HIGHER; traders are taking heed in a Deutsche Bank report from earlier which argued that Wendy's is "one of the best values" in the Restaurant space.

Fonar Corp. (Nasdaq: FONR) 10.3% LOWER; reports FY10 loss of $0.61, versus $0.21 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $31.8 million, compared to $39.7 million in FY09.

DayStar (Nasdaq: DSTI) 10.3% LOWER; traders are probably taking profits today following two straight sessions of 30% moves higher.

St. Joe (NYSE: JOE) 9% LOWER; continuing lower today following yesterday's mid-day move lower amid news that David Einhorn's Greenlight Capital is shorting the stock.

Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNIN) 8.6% HIGHER; announced today that their award-winning digital signage solution has been selected by Mooyah Burgers & Fries.
