Revenue for the quarter came in at $394.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $403.23 million. Total student population at June 30, 2012 was 91,460 versus 90,507 at June 30, 2011, an increase of 1.1%. Total new students were 25,839 versus 23,835, an increase of 8.4%. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.03-0.05, versus the consensus of $0.04. Corinthian Colleges sees Q1 2013 revenue of $395-405 million, versus the consensus of $407.0 million.

Manny Mashouf, company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will continue to assume leadership of the company and Ms. Fabricant’s duties will be absorbed by both he and Renee Bell, Executive Vice President, Merchandising. Janney downgraded shares Monday.
