U.S. Home Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: USHS) 37.0% HIGHER; The Home Depot (NYSE: HD) to acquire U.S. Home Systems for $12.50 per share.

Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL) 31.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.92, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $636.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $634.86 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $1.15-$1.17, versus the consensus of $1.37. Ses FY12 EPS of $5.29-$5.34, versus the consensus of $5.28.

Broadscoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSFT) 29.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.33, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $40.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $37.32 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.27-$0.33, versus the consensus of $0.31. Broadscoft sees FY EPS of $1.30-$1.40, versus the consensus of $1.25.

NII Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: NIHD) 25.0% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.60), $0.66 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.56 billion. Sees FY2012 revenue of $6.1 billion, versus prior guidance of $7.1 billion and the consensus of $6.6 billion.

Alliance HealthCare Services (NYSE: AIQ) 24.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.02), versus ($0.03) reported last year.

Ducommun, Inc. (NYSE: DCO) 24.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.37, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $184.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $187.93 million.

Scientific Games Corp (NASDAQ: SGMS) 22.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.14), which may not compare with the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $229.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $245.39 million.

Heckmann (NYSE: HEK) 21.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.07, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $90.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $98.86 million. Downgraded at Craig-Hallum.

Leap Wireless (NASDAQ: LEAP) 21.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.54), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.51). Revenue for the quarter came in at $751.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $837.19 million.

Tumi Holdings (NYSE: TUMI) 20.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.13, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $95.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $92.93 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.63-$0.66, versus the consensus of $0.67 and revenue of $390-$395 million, versus the consensus of $390 million.

Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HALO) 20.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.13), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $5.63 million.

Overseas Shipholding (NYSE: OSG) 20.2% HIGHER; Director Tom Coleman bought 100,000 shares in the open market on August 3rd, as disclosed in a Form 4 filing with the U.S. SEC.

WMS Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WMS) 19.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $195.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $188.82 million. Downgraded at Nomura, JPMorgan, and BofA/Merrill.

KIT digital (Nasdaq: KITD) 19.0% HIGHER; reported that shareholders Seth W. Hamot, the Managing Member of Roark, Rearden & Hamot, LLC, the General Partner of Costa Brava Partnership III L.P., and K. Peter Heiland, Managing Director of JEC Capital Partners, LLC, have joined the company's Board as new directors. KIT also said that "In connection with Messrs. Hamot and Heiland joining the KIT digital Board, KIT digital, Mr. Hamot, Costa Brava, Mr. Heiland, JEC, and their related parties have entered into a standstill agreement."

Tutor Perini (NYSE: TPC) 18.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.16, $0.21 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $985.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.08 billion. Tutor Perini sees FY2012 EPS of $1.50-$1.70, versus the consensus of $1.93.

Aecom Technology (NYSE: ACM) 16.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.63, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.09 billion.

Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE: NLS) 16.1% LOWER; reported Q2 loss of $0.02 per share on revs of $39.6 million. The Street was looking for a loss of 7 cents and sales of $36.8 million.

Assisted Living Concepts, Inc. (NYSE: ALC) 13.5% LOWER; On August 2, 2012, Assisted Living Concepts, Inc. was informed by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) that the SEC staff is conducting an investigation relating to the Company. As part of this investigation, the SEC issued a subpoena to the Company. The subpoena requires the Company to produce documents on a number of topics, including, among others, compliance with occupancy covenants in the now-superseded lease with Ventas Realty, Limited Partnership and leasing of units for employee use. The Company intends to cooperate fully with the SEC in its investigation.
