Cogo Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: COGO) 33.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.22, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $134.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $112.58 million. Sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.15-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.24. Sees Q3 2011 revenue of $130-$140 million, versus the consensus of $123.83 million. Roth and Needham both downgraded the stock this morning.

CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX) 29.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.29, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $396.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $399.33 million.

FiberTower Corporation (NASDAQ: FTWR) 28.3% LOWER; reported Q2 loss of ($0.24), versus ($0.28) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.43 million, versus $18.39 million reported last year.

MIPS Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIPS) 27.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $19.72 million.

ATP Oil & Gas (Nasdaq: ATPG) 14.6% LOWER; continuing lower with the majority of the oil & gas sector. The stock plunged about 15 percent yesterday. Crude oil is trading just over $86 per barrel today.

Rosetta Stone (NYSE: RST) 13.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.22), $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.45). Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.2 million.

Telecom Italia (NYSE: TI) 13.2% HIGHER; jumping today following strong earnings early this morning. EBIT rose to $4.32 billion while sales climbed nearly 10 percent to €7.37 billion.

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOPE) 12.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.29, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $103.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $104.92 million. The company announced that it raised its buyback plan from $25 million to $50 million.

American Science and Engineering, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASEI) 12.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.61, $0.37 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.98. Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $61.27 million.

priceline.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCLN) 9.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $5.49, $0.62 better than the analyst estimate of $4.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.07 billion. Sees Q3 non-GAA EPS of $9.10-$9.30, versus the consensus of $7.94.
