AuthenTec, Inc. (Nasdaq: AUTH) 63.4% HIGHER; Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) agreed to acquire fingerprint sensor developer AuthenTec for $8 per share.

Green Dot (NYSE: GDOT) 60.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.35, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $136.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $141.69 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.29-$1.32, versus the consensus of $1.69. Sees FY2012 revenue of $534-$543 million, versus the consensus of $585.75 million. The stock was downgraded by KBW, JMP, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, SunTrust, William Blair, Jefferies, Sterne Agee and Wedbush this morning.

Radisys Corp (NASDAQ: RSYS) 32.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.17, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $77.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $82.67 million.

ATP Oil & Gas (Nasdaq: ATPG) 26.3% LOWER; lower following speculation the commodity producer/explorer might be in trouble with bondholders.

OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCZ) 25.7% HIGHER; the company is being mentioned as a takeover target for Seagate Technology PLC (NYSE: STX). Last week, Funzilla discussed a potential Seagate bid for the company. Today, the Register said Seagate may pay $475-$550 million in cash and $525-$450 million in stock for OCZ. Micron (NYSE: MU) and Western Digital (NYSE: WDC) may also be interested in the company.

pSivida (Nasdaq: PSDV) 25.4% HIGHER; shares continuing higher after pushing above resistance at $2.50 just after the open. The stock charged through the $2.75 and $3 levels.

Expedia (NASDAQ: EXPE) 25.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.89, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $990.7 million.

Blucora (NASDAQ: BCOR) 22.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.23, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $100.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $94.88 million.

Saia, Inc. (NASDAQ: SAIA) 21.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.72, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $287.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $286.35 million.

Ixia (NASDAQ: XXIA) 20.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.18, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $90.08 million.

Medifast (NYSE: MED) 17.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of 47 cents, vs. cons. of 36 cents, on sales $93.6 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $87.78 million.

Qlik Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: QLIK) 17.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $85.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $84.79 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.02-$0.04, versus the consensus of $0.06. Qlik Technologies, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $87-$90 million, versus the consensus of $87.19 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.31-$0.35, versus the consensus of $0.34. Qlik Technologies, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $376-$386 million, versus the consensus of $377.32 million.

Horizon Pharma (Nasdaq: HZNP) 17.2% LOWER; announces FDA approval of RAYOS.

Netspend (Nasdaq: NTSP) 15.9% LOWER; falling amid the Green Dot results. KBW downgraded the stock earlier.

Silicon Motion Tech (NASDAQ: SIMO) 15.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $69.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $67.12 million.

Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUTH) 15.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.17, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $95.04 million.

Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) 14.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.12, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.18 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.15 billion.

Netsuite (NYSE: N) 14.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.06, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $74.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $73.39 million.

Higher One (NYSE: ONE) 12.8% LOWER; probably trading lower with Green Dot and Netspend. The stock was downgraded by SunTrust earlier.

Acme Packet, Inc. (NASDAQ: APKT) 12.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.13, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $66.9 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.43-$0.47, versus the consensus of $0.70. Acme Packet, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $270-$275 million, versus the consensus of $295.9 million.

StoneMor Partners (NYSE: STON) 11.9% LOWER; breaking below the 50- and 200-day simple moving averages following two days of consolidation. Shares have found support around $22.

Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSTR) 11.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.25, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $532.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $545.03 million. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $550-$575 million, versus the consensus of $566 million.

McClatchy Co. (NYSE: MNI) 11.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.31, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $299.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $302.6 million.

Endologix (Nasdaq: ELGX) 11.2% LOWER; reported a Q2 loss of 11 cents per share on sales of $25.51 million. The Street was looking for a loss of 4 cents per share on sales of $26.78 million. Reiterated its FY12 sales outlook of $102-$107 million, and is now looking for an adjusted loss of 20-24 cents per share.

Starbucks Corp (NASDAQ: SBUX) 11% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.43, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.33 billion. Sees Q4 EPS 44-45c, vs. prior guidance of 46-48c, and compared to the Street estimate of 48c. Sees FY13 EPS of $2.04-$2.14, which compares to the Street estimate of $2.28.
