Revenue for the quarter came in at $136.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $141.69 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.29-$1.32, versus the consensus of $1.69. Sees FY2012 revenue of $534-$543 million, versus the consensus of $585.75 million. OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCZ) 25.7% HIGHER; the company is being mentioned as a takeover target for Seagate Technology PLC (NYSE: STX). Last week, Funzilla discussed a potential Seagate bid for the company. Today, the Register said Seagate may pay $475-$550 million in cash and $525-$450 million in stock for OCZ. Micron (NYSE: MU) and Western Digital (NYSE: WDC) may also be interested in the company.
