Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA) 37.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.01, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $332.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $344.12 million. Sees FY12 EPS of $0.04-$0.09, vs. cons. $0.27.

MetroPCS (NYSE: PCS) 32.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.41, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.28 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.26 billion. MetroPCS reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.

Logmein, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOGM) 29.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.17, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $34.05 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.16-$0.17, versus the consensus of $0.17. Logmein, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $35-$35.4 million, versus the consensus of $36.2 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.62-$0.65, versus the consensus of $0.66. Logmein, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $138-$139 million, versus the consensus of $141.5 million.

Synacor (NASDAQ: SYNC) 27.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.04, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.68 million. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $28-$28.5 million, versus the consensus of $30.6 million. Sees FY12 sales at the low end of guidance.

Ferro Corp. (NYSE: FOE) 27.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $481.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $507.84 million. Sees FY12 sales down 3-7 percent. Lowered its FY12 EPS guidance to 15-20 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 40 cents.

Terex Corp. (NYSE: TEX) 26.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.02 billion.

Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM) 23.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $331 million versus the consensus estimate of $325.72 million.

Christopher & Banks (NYSE: CBK) 23.5% HIGHER; the company is looking for same-store sales to be up 5-5.5 percent, sales are expected to be in the range of $102-$103 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $85.4 million, gross margin will be in the range of 26.2-26.4 percent.

MPG Office Trust, Inc. (NYSE: MPG) 23.3% HIGHER; reported that on July 23, 2012, the Company received notices of redemption from Robert F. Maguire III and related entities requesting the redemption of 3,975,707 operating partnership units. On July 24, 2012, the Company issued 3,975,707 shares of the Company’s common stock in exchange for these units. At Mr. Maguire’s request, the Company issued the common stock to a party not related to Mr. Maguire. The redemption of these units and subsequent issuance of the common stock to a party not related to Mr. Maguire causes Robert F. Maguire III and related entities to fall below the 50% ownership requirement set forth in his contribution agreement. Therefore, all tax protection in favor of him and related entities, as well as all remaining limited partners, will now expire on June 27, 2013.

Vasco Data Security (NASDAQ: VDSI) 23% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.19, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $46.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $44.12 million. Vasco Data Security reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.

Western Digital Corp. (NASDAQ: WDC) 22.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $3.35, $0.88 better than the analyst estimate of $2.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.75 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.25 billion. Sees Q1 sales $4.2-$4.3 billion and adj-EPS $2.45-$2.55. The Street is looking for quarterly sales of $4.45 billion and EPS of $2.50.

NovaGold Resources (AMEX: NG) 22.9% LOWER; shares are getting slammed Thursday morning, following negative news out of peer Barrick Gold (NYSE: ABX).

LSI (NYSE: LSI) 20.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.21, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $660 million versus the consensus estimate of $643.82 million. LSI sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.14-$0.20, versus the consensus of $0.18. LSI sees Q3 2012 revenue of $620-$660 million, versus the consensus of $657.4 million.

Innodata (Nasdaq: INOD) 20.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of 8 cents per shares on sales of $22.8 million.

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE: RT) 18.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $363.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $358.93 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $0.24-$0.34, versus the consensus of $0.45.

Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) 18% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.68, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $330.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $339.5 million. Sees Q3 EPS of 42-44 cents on sales of $300 million. The Street is looking for Q3 EPS of 42 cents on sales of $319.4 million.

iBio, Inc. (NYSE MKT: IBIO) 17.7% HIGHER; and GE Healthcare, the healthcare business of GE (NYSE: GE), announced today a new global alliance to commercialize plant-based technologies for the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals and vaccines.

MarineMax, Inc. (NYSE: HZO) 17.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.20, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $151.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $161.2 million.

Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE: TRN) 17.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.84, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of $996.18 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.95-$3.10, versus prior guidance of $2.55-$2.70 and the consensus of $2.74.

Stewart (NYSE: STC) 17.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.05, versus $0.28 in the same quarter last year. Sales were $483.7 million, compared to the Street estimate of $423.13 million.

Timken Co. (NYSE: TKR) 17.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.34, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.45 billion. Timken Co. sees FY2012 EPS of $5.00-$5.30, versus the consensus of $5.76.

Covenant Transportation Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVTI) 17.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.29, versus $0.11 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $134.2 million.

Hill-Rom Holdings (NYSE: HRC) 17.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.56, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $406 million versus the consensus estimate of $424.09 million. Sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.53-$0.55, versus the consensus of $0.78. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $413-$421 million, versus the consensus of $447.4 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.21-$2.23, versus prior guidance of $2.45-$2.50 and the consensus of $2.47. Hill-Rom Holdings sees FY2013 revenue of $1.615-$1.623 billion, versus the consensus of $1.67 billion.

Cash America (NYSE: CSH) 16.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.94, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $411.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $407.19 million. The Company announced that its Board of Directors unanimously approved the withdrawal of Enova’s Registration Statement, and the Company filed an application for withdrawal of the Registration Statement on July 25, 2012.

Inphi Corp. (NYSE: IPHI) 16.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $22.6 million.

XenoPort, Inc. (Nasdaq: XNPT) 16.5% HIGHER; announced today the pricing of an underwritten offering of 6,153,846 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $6.50 per share.

Steven Madden Ltd (NASDAQ: SHOO) 15.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.61, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $288.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $281.7 million. Affirmed FY12 sales growth which will be abut 24-26 percent year over year. The company boosted its EPS guidance from $2.62-$2.72 to $2.67-$2.77, which compares to the Street estimate of $2.67.

Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S) 15.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.46), $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.40). Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.73 billion. Raised its FY12 adjusted OIBDA outlook to $4.5-$4.6 billion.

Radware Ltd (NASDAQ: RDWR) 15.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $46.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $47.07 million.

Strayer Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: STRA) 15.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.85, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.86. Revenue for the quarter came in at $146.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $147.85 million. Enrollment at Strayer University for the 2012 summer term decreased 7% to 44,236 students compared to 47,790 students for the same term in 2011. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.30-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.88.

ITT (NYSE: ESI) 15.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.96 on sales of $329.83 million. The Street was expecting EPS of $2.18 on sales of $339.41 million.

Tractor Supply Co (NASDAQ: TSCO) 14.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.45, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.29 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.3 billion. Sees FY2012 EPS of $3.58-$3.66, versus prior guidance of $3.52-$3.60 and the consensus of $3.69. Tractor Supply Co sees FY2012 revenue of $4.58-$4.65 billion, versus prior guidance of $4.61-$4.68 billion and the consensus of $4.71 billion.

Fifth & Pacific (NYSE: FNP) 14.4% HIGHER; reported a loss of 48 cents per share on sales of $336.86 million. The Street was looking for a loss of 12 cents per share on sales of $330.67 million.

Genetic Technologies Limited (NASDAQ: GENE) 14% HIGHER; announced that the Laboratory Field Services Unit of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has granted a license to the Company's Australian-based laboratory. BREVAGen" may now be offered for sale into the State of California.
