Sarepta Therapeutics (Nasdaq: SRPT) 150% HIGHER; announced that treatment with its exon-skipping compound, eteplirsen, achieved a significant clinical benefit on the primary clinical outcome, the 6-minute walk test (6MWT), over a placebo/delayed treatment cohort in a Phase IIb trial in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) patients.

DeVry, Inc. (NYSE: DV) 27.3% LOWER; sees Q4 EPS of $0.43-$0.46 vs $0.78 and revenues between $500 million and $510 million, versus the consensus of $516.7 million. The stock was downgraded at Citi, Topeka, JPMorgan and Oppenheimer.

Gentex Corp (NASDAQ: GNTX) 22.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.28, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $280.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $280.55 million. As a result of the Kids Transportation Safety Act delays, and the uncertainties that they have created in the automotive market, the Company continues to believe that Rear Camera Display (RCD) Mirror unit shipments will be approximately flat for calendar year 2012 versus 2011.

WebMD Health Corp. (NASDAQ: WBMD) 18% LOWER; sees Q2 revs of $112 million and loss of 13 cents per share. The Street sees revs of $115.06 million and a loss of 10 cents per share. Now sees FY12 revs of $455 million to $480 million, from $500 - $535 million prior. Loss widens to $12.4 - $23.4 million, from net income of $2.8 - $19.9 million. The Street sees FY12 sales of $502.3 million.

Sanmina-SCI Corp (NASDAQ: SANM) 14.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.55 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.49 billion. Sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.32-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.34. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $1.575-$1.625 billion, versus the consensus of $1.53 billion.

Bruker Corporation (Nasdaq: BRKR) 14.5% LOWER; sees Q2 sales of $420 million, compared to second quarter 2011 revenue of $401.2 million. The Street sees revs of $434.5 million. For the second quarter of 2012, Bruker expects to report GAAP EPS in the range of $0.05 - $0.07, and adjusted EPS in the range of $0.11 - $0.13. The Street was expecting EPS of $0.21.

Cynosure, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYNO) 14.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.20, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $35.95 million.

Boyd Gaming Corp. (NYSE: BYD) 14% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.04, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $615.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $624.04 million.

Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK) 13.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.89, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $918.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $941.22 million. Sees Q3 revs down 9 - 11%.

Dendreon (Nasdaq: DNDN) 12.7% HIGHER; not hearing any company-specific news despite the spike higher and strong volume. Shares have been battling with the 50-day simple moving average over the last several sessions. The stock broke above this level today and is now holding under resistance at $7.

Volterra Semiconductor (NASDAQ: VLTR) 12.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.32, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $43.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $44.31 million. Added $15 million to its current buyback program.

Elan Corporation, plc (NYSE: ELN) 12.4% LOWER; slammed after partner Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) announced that the co-primary clinical endpoints, change in cognitive and functional performance compared to placebo, were not met in the Janssen Alzheimer Immunotherapy R&D LLC (Janssen AI)-led Phase 3 trial of intravenous (IV) bapineuzumab in patients with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease who carry the ApoE4 (apolipoprotein E epsilon 4) genotype

Under Armour (NYSE: UA) 12% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.06, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $369 million versus the consensus estimate of $358.5 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $1.8-$1.82 billion, versus the consensus of $1.81 billion.

CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX) 11.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.46, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $389.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $372.25 million.

HealthStream, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSTM) 11.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.09, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $25.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.5 million. The Company published updated guidance and anticipates that consolidated revenues for the full year 2012 will grow by 22 to 25 percent when compared to the full year 2011.

Baidu.com (NASDAQ: BIDU) 10.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.24, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $858.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $850.8 million. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $983-$1000 million, versus the consensus of $988.03 million

Proto Labs, Inc. (NYSE: PRLB) 9.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.23, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.57 million.

Avery Dennison Corp. (NYSE: AVY) 9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.72, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.53 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.54 billion. Narrows its FY12 non-GAAP EPS outlook to a range of $1.90 to $2.05, from $1.80 - $2.15 prior and consensus views of $1.96.
