Gevo, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEVO) 29.1% HIGHER; announces the signing of a collaborative agreement with the intent to site a cellulosic biomass isobutanol facility in Southeast Asia. Gevo’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Chris Ryan, signed the collaborative agreement with representatives from the Malaysian government’s East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC), Malaysian Biotechnology Corp (BiotechCorp) and the State Government of Terengganu.

Mitek Systems (Nasdaq: MITK) 17.7% HIGHER; shares continuing a recent run as traders may be taking note of an insider buy disclosed yesterday. The company's CEO James De Bello purchased 300,000 shares on the 15th of this month. After seemingly bottoming at the beginning of June, shares are now up almost 120 percent over the last 12 trading sessions.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $327.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $333.72 million. Same-store written sales were up 10 percent.
Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) 11.2% HIGHER; continuing higher today as investors are considering a rumor Chinese officials will begin tightening regulations on the production of rare earths.
