USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) 35.7% HIGHER; announced it has signed agreements with the Department of Energy to move forward with a $350 million cooperative research, development and demonstration (RD&D) program to confirm the technical readiness of the American Centrifuge, the next-generation U.S. uranium enrichment technology.

Midstates Petroleum Company (NYSE: MPO) 11.8% LOWER; disclosed an appeals court reversed a district court's decision related to its joint agreement in Clovelly Oil. The reversal could entitle Clovelly to 56.25 percent stake of the leases in the Pine Prairie region.

KIT digital (Nasdaq: KITD) 11.3% HIGHER; hearing reports the company received offers from several parties interested in "making a deal." Click here to see the full report.

Horizon Pharma (Nasdaq: HZNP) 9.5% HIGHER; stock seems to be breaking out after holding closely under the $4.25 level yesterday afternoon. Shares pushed through resistance at $4.50 this morning.

Casey's General Stores (NASDAQ: CASY) 9.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.60, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.75 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.74 billion. Sees further growth in 2013. Sees FY13 same-store grocery, other merchandise sales up 6.2 percent, gasoline gallons sold up 1 percent. Sees total number of stores up 4-6 percent.

Constant Contact, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTCT) 9.1% LOWER; today announced that it has acquired privately owned SinglePlatform, which helps small businesses get discovered through web and mobile searches. The purchase price was approximately $65 million in cash, subject to certain adjustments.

LDK Solar (NYSE: LDK) 9% LOWER; traders are taking profits following a 17 percent surge yesterday which pushed the price over the $2 level.

Chelsea Therapeutics (Nasdaq: CHTP) 8.7% HIGHER; after falling 19 percent over the last few trading sessions, shares rose 6 percent yesterday and are continuing higher today, now over the $1.20 level. The stock seemed to bounce after testing the 50-day simple moving average.

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG) 8.3% LOWER; provided a financial update for fiscal 2012 to reflect the pressures driven by lower-than-expected sales and unfavorable product mix. The Company said consumer purchases of its products at its largest retail partners in the U.S. are up 3 percent on a year-to-date basis, compared with 8 percent entering May. As a result, it expects to fall short of its previous guidance of 6 to 8 percent sales growth as well as adjusted earnings of $2.65 to $2.85 per share. The Street sees EPS of $2.80. An updated outlook will be provided when ScottsMiracle-Gro issues its third quarter financial results in early August.

Vistaprint NV (NASDAQ: VPRT) 8.3% LOWER; Barclays downgraded the stock from Equalweight to Underweight with a price target of $29.00.
