Ramtron (Nasdaq: RMTR) 35.4% HIGHER; Cypress Semi (Nasdaq: CY) has submitted a bid to buy the company for $2.48 per share in cash.

A123 Systems (Nasdaq: AONE) 14.4% HIGHER; has introduced Nanophosphate EXT, a new lithium ion battery technology capable of operating at extreme temperatures without requiring thermal management. Nanophosphate EXT is designed to significantly reduce or eliminate the need for heating or cooling systems, which is expected to create sizeable new opportunities within the transportation and telecommunications markets, among others.
Zynga (Nasdaq: ZNGA) 9.9% LOWER; shares are getting smacked again Tuesday following data from comScore Monday which showed Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) growth appears to be slowing. Zynga still derives the lion's share of its top-line from Facebook.
Factset Research Systems (NYSE: FDS) 9.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.15, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $202.31 million versus the consensus estimate of $202.95 million. Sees Q4 2012 EPS of $1.17-$1.19, versus the consensus of $1.08. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $204-$208 million, versus the consensus of $210.2 million.
Harman International (NYSE: HAR) 8.4% LOWER; The sell-off is directly related to comments from Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) developer conference on Monday. Like Garmin (Nasdaq: GRMN), investor fears that Apple's Siri integration by automotive OEMs will crush Harman.
