Molina Healthcare Inc. (NYSE: MOH) 20.5% HIGHER; following a 31 percent plunge yesterday, the stock is moving higher after announcing that it will continue as medicaid managed care provider in Ohio. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) has upheld the protest filing of its Ohio health plan, Molina Healthcare of Ohio, and has recommended that Molina Healthcare of Ohio be awarded a Medicaid managed care provider agreement for coverage of the newly designated Central/Southeast, Northeast, and West regions. These three regions together represent the entire state of Ohio.

Francescas Hldg (NASDAQ: FRAN) 20% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $61.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.36 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.22-$0.23, versus the consensus of $0.22. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $69-$71 million, versus the consensus of $68.60 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.89-$0.91, versus the consensus of $0.84. Sees FY2012 revenue of $280-$283 million, versus the consensus of $276.15 million.

China TransInfo Technology Corp. (Nasdaq: CTFO) 15.5% HIGHER; has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with TransCloud Company Limited. Each share of the common stock of the Company issued and outstanding immediately prior to the effective time of the Merger will be converted into the right to receive US$5.80 in cash without interest. CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP) 14.7% HIGHER; reports that revenue for its fiscal 2013 first quarter ended May 31, 2012 is expected to be in the range of $43.5 to $44 million, above the previously issued revenue guidance range of $38 to $41 million. The higher revenue is primarily due to increased demand in the Company's Wireless Datacom segment. In addition, earnings per diluted share for the first quarter are now expected to be in the range of $0.13 to $0.14 GAAP and $0.17 to $0.18 Non-GAAP. These ranges are above the previously issued guidance of $0.07 to $0.11 GAAP and $0.10 to $0.14 Non-GAAP. The Street is looking for revs of $38.75 million and EPS of $0.09.

ATP Oil & Gas Corporation (Nasdaq: ATPG) 14.6% LOWER; announced that Mr. Matt McCarroll replaced Mr. T. Paul Bulmahn as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Bulmahn continues to serve as Chairman and also in the newly created position of Executive Chairman of ATP. However, as of today, June 7, 2012, the company announced that it was unable to reach a mutually agreeable employment agreement with Mr. McCarroll and effective today he has submitted his resignation.

Progress Software Corp. (Nasdaq: PRGS) 11.6% LOWER; sees consolidated revs of $110 million to $115 million, versus Street views calling for $123.71 million and non-GAAP EPS of $0.17 to $0.19, versus consensus expectations of $0.26.

Quiksilver, Inc. (NYSE: ZQK) 11.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.02), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $492 million versus the consensus estimate of $497.39 million.

Patriot Coal (NYSE: PCX) 9.7% LOWER; traders may be selling the stock following news Alpha Natural (NYSE: ANR) is reducing its output of thermal coal. Patriot Coal has been the target for short sellers in the coal group, down about 70 percent over the last month.

Centene (NYSE: CNC) 9.4% HIGHER; also won a contract for Medicaid in Ohio. See Molina.

ImmunoCellular Therapeutics (AMEX: IMUC) 9.2% LOWER; trading below $3.50 after breaking under both the 50- and 200-day simple moving averages.

Identive (Nasdaq: INVE) 8.9% LOWER; continuing a volatile run. The stock fell 17 percent on Wednesday, only to regain most of the losses on Thursday. Shares are pushing back toward the $1 level today.

NPS Pharma (Nasdaq: NPSP) 8.8% LOWER; trading lower amid news Amgen's (Nasdaq: AMGN) Sensipar missed its primary endpoint.

Ellie Mae (NYSE: ELLI) 8.4% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $60 million of Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Debt Securities. Warrants, Units, or any combination thereof.
