Pep Boys - Manny, Moe & Jack (NYSE: PBY) 21.3% LOWER; announced buyer The Gores Group has terminated the deal to acquire the company. The Gores Group has agreed to pay Pep Boys a fee of $50 million and to reimburse Pep Boys for certain merger-related expenses.
Teavana Holdings (NYSE: TEA) 18.3% LOWER; reported Q1 adj-EPS of $0.10, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $45.11 million. Reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.
Synergetics USA, Inc. (Nasdaq: SURG) 16.6% LOWER; offers prelim. Q3 sales of $14.4-$14.7 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $16.1 million. Looking for EPS of 4-6 cents before a 1 cent writedown.

Revenue for the quarter came in at RMB718.5 million versus the consensus estimate of RMB735.91 million. The company posted EPS of 79 cents per ADS on sales of $114.1 million. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of RMB647-RMB683 million, versus the consensus of RMB783.14 million.

iBio (AMEX: IBIO) 11.6% LOWER; breaking below the 50-day simple moving average this morning. Shares plunged to the $1.10 level and have since continued lower. Volume is rather heavy.
Digital Generation, Inc. (Nasdaq: DGIT) 10.2% HIGHER; shares are sharply higher Wednesday following bullish commentary on the stock from Karen Finerman on last night's CNBC Fast Money. With shares down over 70 percent over the last year, Finerman stuck her neck out and called a bottom in the stock.
Tata Motors (NYSE: TTM) 10.2% LOWER; shares are slumping early Wednesday following the company's Jaguar unit reporting lower-than-expected earnings. EBITDA of £605.4 million missed views at Deutsche Bank and Nomura Holdings. Excluding a one-time deferred tax benefit, profit slipped to £422 million, missing Nomura's views by about 16 percent. Margins compressed from 17.0 percent in the three-months ended December 2011 to 14.6 percent.
Zogenix Inc. (Nasdaq: ZGNX) 10.1% HIGHER; today announced that it has submitted an investigational new drug (IND) application to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for Relday™, which is a combination of Zogenix's DosePro® needle-free, subcutaneous drug delivery system plus a proprietary, subcutaneous once-monthly formulation of risperidone for treating schizophrenia.

Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIR) 8.9% HIGHER; announced today that it has received transitional pass-through status from the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services, with C-Codes being designated for Grafix®. Further, the product has been assigned pass-through status under Medicare's outpatient prospective payment system, effective July 1, 2012. These codes will assist in facilitating reimbursement when Grafix products are used to treat Medicare patients with acute and chronic wounds in the hospital outpatient department and ambulatory surgical center settings. CMS also issued a preliminary positive decision for the assignment of permanent Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Q-codes for Grafix.
