The new agreements replace the credit agreement dated April 23, 2010, and last amended on July 1, 2011, which had outstanding borrowings of $130 million as of May 18, 2012.

Golden Star Resources (AMEX: GSS) 10.5% HIGHER; following a 14 percent plunge on Friday and another 20 percent decline yesterday (amid technicals, as far as we can tell), the company issued a release responding to the recent market activity this morning. Golden Star said "there are no undisclosed material events at the Company that would support the recent deterioration in the stock price."

Hyperdynamics (NYSE: HDY) 10% HIGHER; after rising nearly 25 percent on Monday as technicians hopped into the stock, shares surged 33 percent during the morning session on Tuesday as the price held above the 50-day simple moving average. As traders took profits, the price moved more inline with the 50-day, and once the 200-day crossed over just ahead of yesterday's close, shares dipped sharply to close only 2 percent higher. The stock, then, is retaking early-morning gains from yesterday.
