Opnet Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPNT) 27.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $44.79 million. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.16-$0.23, versus the consensus of $0.21. Sees Q1 2013 revenue of $42.5-$45 million, versus the consensus of $43.7 million.

Summer Infant, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUMR) 24.5% LOWER; reported Q1 GAAP EPS of $0.07, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.12. The results included a $500,000 tax expense. Revenue for the quarter came in at $58.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $65.03 million.

DynaVox, Inc. (NASDAQ: DVOX) 21% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.06), $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $24 million versus the consensus estimate of $27.83 million. Company suspends guidance. The stock was downgraded at Piper Jaffray this morning.

American Science and Engineering, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASEI) 16.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.15, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $65 million. Also announced a $35 million buyback plan.

Houston American Energy (AMEX: HUSA) 16.8% HIGHER; traders are buying the dip following a nearly 10 percent decline last week and a nearly 30 percent decline the prior week. The stock pushed above the 50- and 200-day SMA's right at the open.

Entertainment Gaming Asia (AMEX: EGT) 16.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of 1 cent on sales of $5 million.

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 16.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $559.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $530.82 million. Sees net income of $25-$45 million. Groupon sees Q2 2012 revenue of $550-$590 million, versus the consensus of $558.7 million.

Arctic Cat, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAT) 11.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.49), $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.56). Revenue for the quarter came in at $68.95 million versus the consensus estimate of $92.71 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.40-$2.50, versus expectations of $2.70 and revenue of $631-$650 million, compared with views calling for $659.8 million.

Cellcom Israel (NYSE: CEL) 11.6% LOWER; reported Q1 sales of 1.59 billion NIS, on net income of 173 million ILS.

Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP) 9.3% LOWER; Coty Inc. withdrew its takeover bid for Avon one day after Avon said it would review Coty's revised offer.

Renren (NYSE: RENN) 8.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.04), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $29.61 million. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $41-$43 million, versus the consensus of $45.90 million.

Galena Biopharma (NASDAQ: GALE) 8.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.52), $0.42 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.10).

Amedisys (NASDAQ: AMED) 8.8% HIGHER; Baird upgraded the stock from Underperform to Neutral with a price target of $10.00.
