Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (NASDAQ: GMCR) 43.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.64, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $885.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $971.7 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.48-$0.53, versus the consensus of $0.72. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.40-$2.50, versus the consensus of $2.67. Green Mountain Coffee Roasters sees FY2012 revenue of $3.8-$4 billion, versus the consensus of $4.3 billion.

Kensey Nash Corporation (Nasdaq: KNSY) 32.1% HIGHER; agrees to be acquired by Royal DSM (DSM) (NYSE Euronext: DSM KON) for $38.50 per share in cash. KIT digital (Nasdaq: KITD) 22.2% LOWER; reports preliminary Q1 adj-operating loss of $8 million on sales of $59 million. The Street was looking for the company to turn a profit during the quarter, and sales of $72.4 million. On May 15th, KIT will issue its full quarterly earnings announcement.

Houston American Energy Corp (Amex: HUSA) 22% LOWER; announced today that it has entered into definitive agreements with certain institutional investors to sell 6,200,000 units, with each unit consisting of one of the Company's common shares and one warrant to purchase one common share, for gross proceeds of approximately $13.14 million, before deducting placement agent fees and estimated offering expenses, in a "registered direct" offering.

Insignia Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: ISIG) 20.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.12), versus $3.17 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4 million, versus $4.95 million reported last year.

AXT, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXTI) 19.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.05, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $22.74 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.04-$0.06, versus the consensus of $0.10. AXT, Inc. sees Q2 2012 revenue of $23-$25 million, versus the consensus of $24.02 million.

Kingold Jewelry (Nasdaq: KGJI) 19.6% HIGHER; shares appear to be breaking out above the 50-day SMA despite an about 1 percent move lower in COMEX gold. The stock seems to have hit some resistance at the $2 level this morning.

ION Geophysical (NYSE: IO) 18.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.05, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $111.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $100.5 million.

Weight Watchers Int'l (NYSE: WTW) 18.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.74, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $503.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $505.7 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $4.60-$4.80, versus the consensus of $4.96.

Multimedia Games (NASDAQ: MGAM) 18% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.24, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Synacor (Nasdaq: SYNC) 13.7% HIGHER; continuing a run which began on Tuesday of last week. The stock is up 47 percent since then, with the largest gain yesterday (14 percent). Shares traded around the $10 level for the majority of yesterday's session, but broke above this resistance level today. The stock is now over $11.

Fuel Systems Solutions (NASDAQ: FSYS) 13.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.06), $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $98.07 million.

United Online, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNTD) 13% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.21, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $242.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $240.35 million. Aecom Technology (NYSE: ACM) 12.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.07 billion. Aecom Technology sees FY2012 EPS of $2.30-$2.45, versus the consensus of $2.49.

Checkpoint Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CKP) 11.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.21), $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $162 million versus the consensus estimate of $190.13 million.

MicroStrategy, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) 10.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $145.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $140.45 million.
