Netgear Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR) 26.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.65, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $278.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $256.5 million.

Ancestry.com Inc. (NASDAQ: ACOM) 22.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.18, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $91 million versus the consensus estimate of $86.84 million. Sees Q2 2011 revenue of $98-$100 million, versus the consensus of $92 million. Sees FY2011 revenue of $395-$400 million, versus the consensus of $374 million. The company also release that it will be doing a $125 million buyback.

On Assignment Inc. (NASDAQ: ASGN) 21.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.08, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $129.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.92 million. On Assignment Inc. sees Q2 2011 EPS of $0.13-$0.14, versus the consensus of $0.09. On Assignment Inc. sees Q2 2011 revenue of $142-$145 million, versus the consensus of $128.51 million.

State Bancorp (Nasdaq: STBC) 18.3% HIGHER; Valley National Bancorp (NYSE: VLY) to acquire State Bancorp in a $222 million deal.

KVH Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: KVHI) 17.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.10), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.41 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.91 million.

Sun Healthcare (Nasdaq: SUNH) 16.9% LOWER; skilled nursing facilities stocks have plunged today following a proposal last night from CMS suggesting a Medicare payment cut.

TeleNav, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNAV) 15.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.27, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $57.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $49.21 million. Sees Q4 2011 EPS of $0.18-$0.20, versus the consensus of $0.17. Skyworks Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: SWKS) 15.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.41, 2 cents better than analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $325.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $316.57 million. Skyworks Solutions sees Q3 revenues of $345 million and EPS of $0.46, versus the consensus of $335 and $0.43, respectively.

Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) 13.9% LOWER; cuts its Q1 EPS guidance from $1.47-$1.55 to $1.30-$1.37, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.48. Key Energy Services Inc. (NYSE: KEG) 12.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $391 million versus the consensus estimate of $366.5 million. Sees Q211 EPS of $0.18 - $0.21, versus the consensus of $0.14. Also sees revs up 15 - 20% from Q1.

RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) 12.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.05, versus $0.41 last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $58.28 million versus the consensus estimate of $56.72 million.

Silicon Motion Technology Corp. (NASDAQ: SIMO) 11.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.18, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $43.34 million versus the consensus estimate of $37.92 million.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $42.25 million. Sees Q2 2011 revenue of $49-$53 million, versus the consensus of $46.8 million.

WWE (NYSE: WWE) 11.6% LOWER; revised its dividend policy to enhance the Company’s financial flexibility and support the “New WWE” initiative. Beginning in June of 2011, the Company’s quarterly dividend will be adjusted to $0.12 per share of common stock held by the Company’s Class A public shareholders. The record date for the dividend will be June 15, 2011, with a payment date of June 27, 2011. (Note - Since March 2008, quarterly cash dividend payments were $0.36 per share)

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. (NYSE: GT) 11.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 GAAP EPS of $0.42, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.12. The company reported a loss of 19c during the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.77 billion.

Horizon Lines, Inc. (NYSE: HRZ) 10.8% LOWER; reported Q1 loss of $0.90, ex-items, vs. the analyst estimate of ($0.50). Revenue for the quarter came in at $285.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $282.7 million.

Oncothyreon Inc. (Nasdaq: ONTY) 9.3% LOWER; announces a 10 million common offering at $4 per share. The net proceeds from the sale of the shares, after deducting the underwriters' discounts and other estimated offering expenses payable by Oncothyreon, will be approximately $37.4 million.

Constant Contact, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTCT) 9.1% LOWER; reported Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.02, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $50 million versus the consensus estimate of $50.13 million.

Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) 8.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.34, $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.72 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.83 billion. The stock was downgraded at Brean Murray and Stifel Nicolaus.

Regeneron Pharma (NASDAQ: REGN) 8.6% LOWER; RBC Capital downgraded the stock from Outperform to Sector Perform. PT $70.
