Riverbed Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVBD) 25.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $183 million versus the consensus estimate of $186.1 million. Sees Q2 adj-EPS of 21-22 cents on sales of $193-$197 million. The Street is currently looking for EPS of 24 cents on sales of $202.04 million.Cuts FY12 sales growth guidance from 17-20 percent to 15 percent.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $126.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.26 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.72-$0.75, versus the consensus of $0.73. Premiere Global Services, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $500-$510 million, versus the consensus of $494.81 million.

Tempur-Pedic International, Inc. (NYSE: TPX) 21.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.86, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $384.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $383.83 million. Reaffirms FY.

Ixia (NASDAQ: XXIA) 15.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.15, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $85.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.47 million.

Sandisk Corp (NASDAQ: SNDK) 13.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.63, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.23 billion. Sees Q2 sales of $1 billion, +/- $50 million. The Street is expecting sales of $1.31 billion. Expecting FY12 sales to be down compared to 2011.

Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. (Nasdaq: MPAA) 13% LOWER; has entered into an agreement to raise approximately $15 million in gross proceeds through a private placement of its common stock. Under the terms of the financing, the company will issue an aggregate 1,936,000 shares of common stock at a price of $7.75 per share.

Ezcorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: EZPW) 12.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.76, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $256.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $246.29 million. Cuts FY2012 EPS range to $2.85-$2.95, versus the consensus of $3.06.

Extreme Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXTR) 12.3% LOWER; today announced preliminary financial results for its 2012 fiscal third quarter ended April 1, 2012. For the quarter, total net revenue will be in the range of $73.0-73.5 million, as compared to $75.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2011 and previous guidance of $80-85 million for the quarter. In addition, estimated non-GAAP EPS per diluted share is $0.04 per share versus a loss of $0.05 per share in the third quarter of fiscal 2011 and previous guidance in the range of $0.06-0.08 per share. The Street sees revs of $82.4 million and EPS of 7 cents per share. modifying full year revenue and EPS guidance. Total fiscal year 2012 revenue is expected to be in a range of $317M to $325M and non-GAAP EPS for fiscal year 2012 is expected to be in the range of $0.22 - $0.26 per share, as compared to prior year non-GAAP EPS of $0.08 per diluted share. Hanesbrands (NYSE: HBI) 9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.27), $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.33). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1 billion.

Supreme Industries (NYSE: STS) 8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of 17 cents on sales of $72.5 million. The company reported sales of $68.4 million in the same quarter last year and a loss of 7 cents per share.
