Ambassadors Int'l (Nasdaq: AMIE) 68.6% LOWER; late Friday filed for bankruptcy protection in Delaware.

McCormick & Schmick's (Nasdaq: MSSR) 29.2% HIGHER; Tilman J. Fertitta plans to commence a $9.25 per share all-cash offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of McCormick & Schmick's not already owned.

Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: OREX) 16.3% HIGHER; reports additional Contrave data. Orexigen announced that additional data showed Contrave (naltrexone sustained release (SR)/bupropion SR) maintained normal 24-hour circadian patterns over one year of treatment. These data were from the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) sub-study of the COR-II trial that also showed weight loss and improvements in markers of cardiometabolic risk.

VIVUS, Inc. (Nasdaq: VVUS) 13.6% HIGHER; reports positive data of a two-year study of QNEXA in reducing blood pressure and the use of antihypertensive medications as well as improvements in lipid levels following significant reductions in weight loss as compared to those in the placebo group over two years.

Duoyuan Global Water (NYSE: DGW) 13.6% LOWER; Muddy Waters LLC initiated coverage on Duoyuan Global Water Inc. (AMEX: DGW) with a Strong Sell rating and an estimated value of less than $1.00. The firm estimates the company has actual revenue of no greater than US$800,000 annually, versus the US$154.4 million it claims. In addition, Muddy Waters said it caught DGW red handed forging its PRC audit report.

Pluristem Therapeutics (Nasdaq: PSTI) 12.5% HIGHER; Needham initiated coverage on the stock with a Buy rating and $5 price target earlier.

Aastrom Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTM) 11.4% HIGHER; has transferred cell cassette manufacturing to ATEK Medical under the strategic partnership announced in October 2010. In addition, Aastrom announced today that ixmyelocel-T has been formally accepted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research and the United States Adopted Names Council as the non-proprietary name for Aastrom's investigational cell therapy product.

Majesco Entertainment (Nasdaq: COOL) 11.3% HIGHER; not hearing any news this morning. The stock has broken above a resistance level around $3.50. Shares have not been over this level since 2005.

Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC) 10.8% HIGHER; Monday announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by funds advised by Apax Partners for $12.50 per share in cash. The transaction is valued at approximately $976 million.

Allied Irish Banks (NYSE: AIB) 10% HIGHER; continuing to bounce this week following the Irish government's bank stress tests last week. Shares of AIB surged more than 20% on Friday.

Molycorp, Inc. (NYSE: MCP) 9.2% HIGHER; subsidiary, Molycorp Minerals, LLC, has completed the acquisition of a 90.023% controlling stake in AS Silmet. Molycorp paid $89 million in the transaction.

Adeona Pharma (AMEX: AEN) 9.2% HIGHER; has pushed over the $2 level for the first time since early-2008. The stock has already traded 830,000 shares, vs. the stock's average daily volume of just 400,000 shares.
