Conn's, Inc. (NASDAQ: CONN) 17.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $226.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $221.9 million. Comps up 12.1 percent. Raises its FY13 EPS guidance from $1.05-$1.15 to $1.20-$1.30, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.11.

Merge Healthcare (Nasdaq: MRGE) 15.9% LOWER; the stock is breaking out of a trading range today. The company disclosed in a Form 8-K earlier it sold health information kiosks and the related equipment to higi llc for $2.75 million.

A123 Systems (Nasdaq: AONE) 13.1% LOWER; the stock is continuing a recent downtrend which began on Monday of last week. Shares are down nearly 50 percent since then. The stock has pushed below the $1 level for the first time ever today.

EnteroMedics Inc. (NASDAQ: ETRM) 13% HIGHER; two-and-a-half year diabetes, hypertension and weight loss data from the Company's DM2 ENABLE Study of VBLOC vagal blocking therapy delivered via the Maestro Rechargeable Systemresults were "not only significant, but durable, lasting out to 30 months," and showed "an effect on blood pressure and weight loss, while continuing to demonstrate an excellent safety profile, including cardiovascular safety."

Motricity (Nasdaq: MOTR) 12.3% HIGHER; shares are continuing to breakout today after holding above the 200-day SMA yesterday. Volume is very heavy today, already trading more than 2 million shares. The stock normally trades about 1 million shares over the course of a full trading day. The stock charged through the $1.30 level.

Solazyme, Inc. (NASDAQ: SZYM) 11.7% HIGHER; Solazyme and Bunge Global Innovation LLC announced today that they and other Bunge subsidiaries have signed definitive agreements forming a Joint Venture to build, own and operate a commercial-scale renewable tailored oils production facility adjacent to Bunge’s Moema sugarcane mill in Brazil.

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: BIO) 11.5% HIGHER; Luminex Corporation (NASDAQ: LMNX) today announced that it has extended its global sales and distribution agreement with Bio-Rad to 2023. In addition, Luminex has granted Bio-Rad global sales and distribution rights for Luminex's award-winning MAGPIX multiplexing instrument. As part of the agreement, Bio-Rad will now offer the full range of Luminex's xMAP® systems including the MAGPIX system

Complete Genomics (Nasdaq: GNOM) 11.3% HIGHER; technicians are buying the stock today as shares closed over the $3 level for the first time since the beginning of March. The stock bounced off $3.25 just before 10:30am ET.

Fushi Copperweld (Nasdaq: FSIN) 10.5% LOWER; shares are getting clobbered today but have bounced about 7 percent form session lows. The stock opened flat but began plunging sharply as the 200-day SMA could not hold. The stock charged through support levels at $7 and $6.50 and bounced off of the $6 level. Volume is extremely heavy today.

Mitek (Nasdaq: MITK) 10.4% LOWER; responded to yesterday's claims the USAA filed a complaint against the company. Shares dropped nearly 20 percent yesterday. The company said, "It's unfortunate when business negotiations break down; however, Mitek is the proven leader in mobile imaging software, as evidenced by the numerous U.S. patents we have been awarded. We believe these claims are without merit and we intend to vigorously defend our intellectual property rights, as necessary."
