Astea International Inc. (Nasdaq: ATEA) 86.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, versus $0.10 last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.1 million, versus $5.6 million last year.

Biostar Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: BSPM) 36.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $27.58 million.

Body Central Corp. (NASDAQ: BODY) 18.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.17 million. Sees Q1 2011 EPS of $0.28-$0.30, versus the consensus of $18. Sees Q1 2011 revenue of $71-$72 million, versus the consensus of $64.9 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $1.08-$1.12, versus the consensus of $0.96. Sees FY2011 revenue of $286-$292 million, versus the consensus of $285 million.

CryptoLogic Limited (Nasdaq: CRYP) 17.4% HIGHER; said its Board appointed Deloitte Corporate Finance as financial adviser to assist it with a strategic review of the Company. CryptoLogic said the review is at an early stage and will consider a number of strategic options, including the possibility of an offer being made for the Company or a disposal of part of the business.

Hyperdynamics Corporation (AMEX: HDY) 16% LOWER; has priced a 25 million common stock offering at $5 per share. The Company has granted the underwriter a 45 day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Eastman Kodak (NYSE: EK) 11.2% HIGHER; according to a Bloomberg report form this morning, the company has said that at least $1 billion could be at stake in a patent fight with Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and RIM. A decision is expected to be announced at around 5pm ET today.

Research In Motion (NASDAQ: RIMM) 11% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.78, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.63 billion. Sees Q1 EPS of $1.47-$1.55, vs. the consensus of $1.65. See sales of $5.2-$5.6 billion, vs. the consensus of $5.64 billion. Sees FY12 EPS over $7.50, vs. the consensus of $6.33. The stock has been downgraded at Baird, Deutsche Bank, BMO Capital and Caris & Co.

China Finance Online Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: JRJC) 11% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $14.94 million. Sees FY11 revenue of $58 million, versus the consensus of $62.92 million.
