Coffee Holding Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: JVA) 25.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $56.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $43 million.

Smith & Wesson Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: SWHC) 24.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.08, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $98.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $95.24 million. Sees Q4 sales of $113-$118 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $114 million. Raises its FY12 sales guidance to $395-$400 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $393.1 million.

Verso Paper (NYSE: VRS) 23.9% HIGHER; although the stock closed up a whopping 68 percent yesterday, shares had been up as much as 160 percent from Wednesday's close. Shares are pushing nicely back over the $2 level and 200-day SMA this morning.

Quest Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: QSFT) 22.1% HIGHER; has entered into definitive agreements with affiliates of Insight Venture Partners, under which stockholders not affiliated with the buyout group would receive $23.00 per share in cash

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPHM) 18.9% LOWER; announced top-line overall response rate (ORR) and current median progression free survival (PFS) estimates from its phase II trial comparing bavituximab plus carboplatin and paclitaxel versus carboplatin and paclitaxel alone in patients with front-line Stage IIIb and Stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. Zogenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGNX) 15.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.36), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.03 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $45.5-$48.5 million, versus the consensus of $64.9 million.

Green Mountain (Nasdaq: GMCR) 14.2% LOWER; shares slammed as Starbucks announced Verismo, a new Premium Single Cup Solution for At-Home Espresso and Coffee Beverages.

Zeltiq Aesthetics (Nasdaq: ZTLQ) 14% HIGHER; bouncing today following a 57 percent move lower amid weak Q4 results and FY12 guidance. An analyst at Canaccord Genuity started the stock at Buy this morning.

Lime Energy (NASDAQ: LIME) 13.2% LOWER; reported Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.05, $0.13 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.05 million. Sees Q1 sales of $17-$20 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $24.8 million.

Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) 11.1% HIGHER; to buy Neo Material Technologies for about C$1.3 billion.
