Sino Clean Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: SCEI) 22.2% HIGHER; continuing higher following a 40 percent surge yesterday amid news Thornhill Capital LLC recently completed its Asset and Cash Verification Reports for the Audit Committee of the company. Shares are holding over the $2 level and 200-day SMA this morning.

Shutterfly, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFLY) 20.4% HIGHER; the company will buy Eastman Kodak's Gallery on-line photo services for $23.8 million. The terms of the agreement include the transfer of Gallery customer accounts and images in the U.S. and Canada to Shutterfly. The agreement comprises the initial, stalking horse bid in a Court-supervised auction process under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code that will ensure the maximization of value for the assets.

Alaska Communications (NASDAQ: ALSK) 16.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $87.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $84 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $355-$365 million, versus the consensus of $343.1 million.

Galena Biopharma (Nasdaq: GALE) 14.8% HIGHER; after falling 9 percent over Tuesday and Wednesday, the stock surged nearly 20 percent yesterday. Shares are holding over the 200-day SMA this morning.

Overstock.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSTK) 12.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS loss of ($0.15), versus analyst estimate of a $0.45 profit. The company posted earnings of 63 cents per share during the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter fell 10 percent from last year to $314.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $377.6 million.

Motricity, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOTR) 12.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.14), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.65 million.

Quepasa corp. (NYSE: QPSA) 11.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 adjusted loss of ($0.04), versus ($0.03) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.3 million, versus $1.9 million reported last year.

Epocrates (Nasdaq: EPOC) 10.1% LOWER; stock continuing lower following Q4 results on Tuesday. Shares fell 9 percent on Wednesday. The stock has broken below the $9 level this morning.

Focus Media Holding Limited (Nasdaq: FMCN) 9.5% HIGHER; seeing upside action ahead of expected earnings. Some suggest earnings could come as soon as Monday March 5th, although there does not appear to be an official confirmation of the date. Shares last traded at $27.03, up 10.2%.
