Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) 22% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $55.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.95 million. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $54.5-$56.5 million, versus the consensus of $57.81 million. Announces plans to launch a modified "Dutch auction" tender offer for up to $55 million in common shares at a price ranging from $4.25-$5.

Sourcefire, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIRE) 21% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.98 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.03-$-0.05, versus the consensus of $0.07. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $40-$42 million, versus the consensus of $48.3 million.

KongZhong Corporation (NASDAQ: KONG) 18.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, versus $0.12 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.3 million, versus $39.8 million reported last year. Sees Q12012 EPS total gross profit to be within the range of $17-$18 million. Sees Q12012 revenue of $41.5-$42.5 million, versus the consensus of $40.3 million.

Agria Corporation (NYSE: GRO) 14% LOWER; announced that its New Zealand listed subsidiary, PGG Wrightson Limited, further improved its operating performance, reporting a 55% increase in EBITDA for the six months to 31 December 2011 of NZ$22.0 million compared to NZ$14.2 million in December 2010. Revenue for the six months to 31 December 2011 was NZ$693.8 million compared with NZ$616.9 million for the six months ended 31 December 2010. Results are for the first six months of PGG Wrightson's fiscal year. Following a late-day 20 percent surge as the stock resumed, shares are giving back most of the gains today.

FuelCell Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FCEL) 13.6% HIGHER; announced a memorandum of understanding to form a German-based joint venture with Fraunhofer IKTS (Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems) to develop the market in Europe for Direct FuelCell® (DFC®) stationary power plants. The stock rose nearly 10 percent yesterday amid word the company may have been selected for Apple's new data center.

Lumber Liquidators (NYSE: LL) 12.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $174.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $170.56 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.05-$1.20, versus the consensus of $1.21. Sees FY2012 revenue of $710-$740 million, versus the consensus of $752.3 million. Announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $50 million of the Company’s common stock.

Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH) 12.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.85, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.83. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.54 billion.

Chicos Fas, Inc. (NYSE: CHS) 12.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.15, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $569.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $546.66 million. Comps up 8.7%. Sees FY2012 revenue of $2.5 billion, including Boston Proper, versus the consensus of $2.17 billion.

Noah Holdings (Nasdaq: NOAH) 12.1% HIGHER; breaking out above the 200-day SMA this morning. Shares pushed over the $6.50 level, but could not breakthrough the $7 level.

HealthStream, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSTM) 11.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.07, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $21.28 million. Sees FY12 sales growth of 21-25 percent.

Mattson Technology (Nasdaq: MTSN) 11% LOWER; traders are hitting the sell button following the filing of the company's 10-K this morning.

National Bank of Greece (NYSE: NBG) 10.4% LOWER; shares are down about 17 percent this week as traders may have been using the stock as a "buy the rumor, sell the news" play.

Garmin Ltd (NASDAQ: GRMN) 10% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.96, $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $910 million versus the consensus estimate of $769.94 million. Sees FY12 EPS of $2.45-$2.60 on sales of $2.7-$2.8 billion. The Street is currently expecting FY12 EPS of $2.41 on sales of $2.55 billion.

Newfield Exploration Co. (NYSE: NFX) 9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.95, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $677 million versus the consensus estimate of $697.41 million. The stock was downgraded at Deutsche Bank and Citi earlier.

Dealertrack Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRAK) 9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $91.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $84.62 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.99-$1.06, versus the consensus of $1.09. Sees FY2012 revenue of $365-$372 million, versus the consensus of $381.7 million.
