Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated (Nasdaq: CORT) 51.2% HIGHER; reports that the U.S. FDA has approved Korlym" (mifepristone 300 mg tablets) as a once-daily oral medicine to control hyperglycemia secondary to hypercortisolism in adult patients with endogenous Cushing's syndrome who have diabetes mellitus type 2 or glucose intolerance and have failed surgery or are not candidates for surgery.

GTX, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTXI) 35.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.17), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.77 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.59 million.

Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PBH) 22.9% HIGHER; Genomma Lab Internacional, S.A.B. de C.V. announced that it has submitted a non-binding proposal to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Prestige common stock for $16.60 dollars per share in cash. The transaction is valued at approximately $834 million dollars, not including Prestige's net debt.

Codexis, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDXS) 18.3% LOWER; today announced that effective immediately, the Board of Directors has appointed Peter Strumph as the company's interim Chief Executive Officer. Alan Shaw, Ph.D. has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and from the Board of Directors to pursue other interests. He will continue to serve as a special advisor to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has appointed a special committee that will oversee the CEO search and transition. Heidrick & Struggles has been retained for a worldwide search, which will include both internal and external candidates. The stock was downgraded to Underweight at Piper Jaffray.

Weatherford International Ltd. (NYSE: WFT) 13.2% LOWER; reported preliminary Q4 EPS of about $0.46, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.71 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.58 billion. For the first quarter of 2012, Weatherford expects to report fully diluted earnings per share of approximately $0.30, which is below the consensus of $0.34. The Audit Committee of our Board of Directors concluded, on February 20, 2012, that investors should no longer rely upon our previously issued financial statements. Until the restatement is completed, the company's estimates of the expected adjustments for 2010 through 2008 and prior years, and the nine months ended September 30, 2011, as well as its expected financial results for 2011, are subject to change.

Chelsea Therapeutics (Nasdaq: CHTP) 11.6% LOWER; is seeing downside action after FDA briefing documents were posted -> Link. The FDA panel meeting is February 23rd.

Samson Oil & Gas (AMEX: SSN) 11.2% HIGHER; with NYMEX crude oil now over $104.50 (up nearly 1.3 percent today), speculative oil plays are continuing higher this week. The stock was up about 23 percent last week.

Camtek Ltd (NASDAQ: CAMT) 11.1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $22.9 million.

CH Energy Group (NYSE: CHG) 11% HIGHER; Fortis to acquire CH Energy for $65/share.

Astec Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTE) 10.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.41, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $263.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $226.95 million.

Tengasco (AMEX: TGC) 10% HIGHER; likely trading higher with a portion of the small- and micro-cap oil stocks today.
