Diamond Foods (Nasdaq: DMND) 35.9% LOWER; reports audit committee finds 2010, 2011 financials need to be restated. The company's Chairman and CEO Mendes and CFO Neil have been put on administrative leave. Since the initial release, a number of sources have said P&G (NYSE: PG) will evaluate the next steps in the sale of Pringles.

iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ: IRBT) 32.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $130.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $134.08 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.75-$0.85, versus the consensus of $1.45. Taleo (Nasdaq: TLEO) 16.9% HIGHER; Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) buys Taleo for $46 per share.

Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) 16% LOWER; announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 20,000,000 primary shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.60 per share.

Anacor Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ANAC) 11.3% LOWER; today announced the sale of 3.25 million shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of $21,450,000 pursuant to an underwriting agreement with Canaccord Genuity acting as the sole bookrunner.
