Satcon Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: SATC) 24.3% HIGHER; announced a partnership with Great Wall Computer Company Limited. The partnership will position Satcon to capitalize on the estimated 14GW of utility scale projects under development, fueled by the country’s Feed-In Tariff program. Of the 14GW of identified non-residential solar projects in development in China today, the majority are expected to be developed by China State Owned Entities.

Astex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTX) 19% LOWER; according to FDA briefing documents from this morning, a study for dacogen failed to demonstrate benefit based on statistical interpretation.

BioMimetic Therapeutics (Nasdaq: BMTI) 18% HIGHER; as highlighted by a Collins Stewart note this morning, the company announced 6-month results of its 30-patient Canadian Augment Rotator Cuff Graft trial last night. A Collins Stewart analyst called the pilot study positive and said it could create another sizable opportunity for the company.

Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSTR) 17.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.00, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $520.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $498.09 million. Sees Q1 core EPS of 76-91 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 86 cents. Sees sales of $530-$555 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $514.5 million. Sees FY12 EPS $3.80-$4.30 on sales of $2.08-$2.25 billion. The Street is currently expecting EPS of $3.86 on sales of $2.17 billion. Also announced it will acquire the assets of NCR's (NYSE: NCR) DVD business. Terms were not disclosed.

Achillion Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ACHN) 16.7% LOWER; BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded the stock from Buy to Underperform.

McClatchy Co. (NYSE: MNI) 16.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.49, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $351.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $347.8 million.

BroadVision (Nasdaq: BVSN) 15.8% LOWER; after rallying nearly 13 percent at the open, the stock tumbled by nearly 30 percent on no apparent news. Volume spiked sharply as downside intensified.

Standard Pacific Corp. (NYSE: SPF) 13.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $293.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $275.21 million.

Cambrex Corp. (NYSE: CBM) 13.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.85 million. Sees FY2012 EBITDA of $47-$53 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of growth of 2-6%, versus the consensus of 5%.

Biosante Pharma (Nasdaq: BPAX) 12.4% LOWER; investors taking profits today following six straight sessions of upside. The stock surged nearly 42 percent yesterday following a bullish SeekingAlpha article. The stock is back under $1 today.

K12, Inc. (NYSE: LRN) 12.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $166.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $170.16 million. K12, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $680-$690 million, versus the consensus of $693.4 million.

RTI Int'l Metals, Inc. (NYSE: RTI) 11.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.00, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $141.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $137.81 million.

Solarwinds (NYSE: SWI) 10.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $55.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.87 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.24-$0.25, versus the consensus of $0.25. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $55.5-$56.7 million, versus the consensus of $54.44 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.10-$1.15, versus the consensus of $1.13. Sees FY2012 revenue of $245-$255 million, versus the consensus of $242.96 million.

Regal-Beloit Corp. (NYSE: RBC) 9.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.93, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $727 million versus the consensus estimate of $721.59 million.

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) 9.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.15, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $551 million versus the consensus estimate of $570.63 million. For Q1, Vishay sees similar revenues as in quarter four 2011 at a slightly improved gross margin.

Threshold Pharma (Nasdaq: THLD) 9.8% LOWER; traders finally taking profits following a 130 percent rise on Friday and another 13 percent surge yesterday. The stock jumped following news of a TH-302 commercialization agreement with Merck.

PHH Corp. (NYSE: PHH) 9% HIGHER; reported Q4 core EPS of $0.98, $0.25 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $649 million versus the consensus estimate of $684.7 million.
