Morning Movers 02/02: MCZ, NAVI, SCON, ZANE, LZEN, ICGN, EEE, MAG, ERTS Higher; KTCC, ACLS, MWA, ALVR, CHTP, HSP Lower

Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. (AMEX: MCZ) 38.7% HIGHER; and Micrsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) announced that they have entered an agreement allowing MCZ to produce a range of licensed, co-branded audio headphones under Mad Catz’s Tritton brand and Microsoft’s Xbox 360 brand. The stock pushed over $1 today.

NaviSite (Nasdaq: NAVI) 31.7% HIGHER; Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) to acquire NaviSite for $5.50/share in cash, deal valued at $230 million.

Superconductor Technologies (Nasdaq: SCON) 30% HIGHER; continuing higher today following news yesterday that they have successfully produced second generation (2G) HTS wire samples that meet requirements specified by customers for HTS AC power cable, superconducting fault current limiter and HTS wind turbine applications. The stock jumped 32% yesterday.

Zanett (Nasdaq: ZANE) 25.4% HIGHER; announced that they will be implementing its Clinical Online Delivery System software for Parkview Health to support standardized, evidence-based order sets at the point of care, arming their doctors and clinicians with critical information to improve medication safety and patient care.

LIzhan Environemental (Nasdaq: LZEN) 23.6% HIGHER; reported FY10 EPS of 74c on sales of $46.3 million. Last year the company reported EPS of 25c on sales of $21.61 million.

Icagen (Nasdaq: ICGN) 22.7% HIGHER; reports lifting of clinical hold on ICA-105665.

Key Tronic Corp. (NASDAQ: KTCC) 21.2% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.17, versus $0.17 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $61 million, compared to $44.8 million in Q210. Sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.05-$0.10. Key Tronic Corp. sees Q3 2011 revenue of $60-$62 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $0.55-$0.60. Key Tronic Corp. sees FY2011 revenue of $250-$260 million.

Axcelis Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ACLS) 21% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $93.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $89.31 million.

Evergreen Energy (AMEX: EEE) 20.3% HIGHER; reached a forbearance and settlement agreemtn with certain holders related to its 2007 and 2009 notes.

Magnetek (NYSE: MAG) 15% HIGHER; technicians have pushed the stock over a very strong resistance level at $2 today. The stock has not traded above this level since early-2009.

Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) 14.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.59, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.41 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.44 billion. Sees Q4 adj-EPS of 15-25c, on sales of $850-$950 million. The Street is looking for quarterly EPS of 20c on sales of $936.13 million. Sees FY11 adj-EPS of 60-70c, vs. the consensus of 63c, on sales of $3.68-$3.76 billion, vs. the consensus of $3.79 billion. Also announced a $600 million buyback.

Acme Packet, Inc. (NASDAQ: APKT) 14.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.26, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $70.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.22 million. Sees FY EPS of about $1.05, versus the consensus of $1.04. Sees FY revs of about $300 million, versus the consensus of $295.8 million.

Mueller Water Products, Inc. (NYSE: MWA) 12.9% LOWER; reported Q1 loss of $0.06, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $287.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $291.83 million.

Alvarion Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALVR) 11.3% LOWER; reports Q4 adj-loss of $0.18, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.3 million, versus the consensus estimate of $56.02 million.

Chelsea Therapeutics International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHTP) 11% LOWER; announces plans to modify Study 306, a Phase III study of NORTHERA™ (droxidopa) in symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension associated with Parkinson's disease following a futility determination at the planned interim analysis of the study's primary endpoint and an unblinded review of multiple, secondary outcome measures showing dramatic reduction in falls and clear signs of therapeutic activity associated with Northera in the first 51 patients to complete Study 306.

Hospira Inc. (NYSE: HSP) 9.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.77, $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter came in at $992 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.04 billion. Hospira Inc. sees FY2011 adjusted EPS of $3.90-$4.00, versus the consensus of $4.30.

Hawaiian Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: HA) 8.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $343.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $339.3 million. The stock was also downgraded at Stifel Nicolaus.

Matrixx Initiatives, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTXX) 8.8% HIGHER; Affiliates of H.I.G. Capital, LLC, namely Wonder Holdings, Inc. and Wonder Holdings Acquisition Corp., have increased their offer for Matrixx. The companies now offer $8.75 per share in cash, a 9.4% increase from $8.00 per share initially offered.

Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Amex: INO) 8.5% HIGHER; announced today the publication of a scientific paper in the journal Human Vaccines detailing potent immune responses in a preclinical study of Inovio's SynCon™ DNA vaccine for prostate cancer targeting two antigens.
