Multimedia Games Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGAM) 25.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.21, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $34.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.96 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.42-$0.45, versus prior guidance of $0.23-$0.26 and the consensus of $0.32.

Key Tronic Corp (NASDAQ: KTCC) 23% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.30, versus $0.17 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $84.5 million, versus $61 million reported last year. For the third quarter of fiscal 2012, the Company expects to report revenue in the range of $92 million to $97 million, and earnings in the range of $0.30 to $0.35 per diluted share. The expected earnings range assumes an effective tax rate of 30%.

Radisys Corp (NASDAQ: RSYS) 21% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $79.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.3 million. Sees Q1 EPS between $0.00 to $0.06, versus consensus of $0.04. Sees Q1 sales of $75-$81 million, versus the consensus of $75.8 million.

IXYS Corp (NASDAQ: IXYS) 18.6 LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.18, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $80 million versus the consensus estimate of $94 million.

Medivation, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDVN) 17.4% HIGHER; Medivation and Astellas Pharma Inc. (TSE: 4503) announced positive results on all efficacy endpoints from the Phase 3 AFFIRM trial of the investigational drug MDV3100 in men with prostate cancer previously treated with chemotherapy. Data will be highlighted in a late-breaking oral presentation at the upcoming 2012 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium in San Francisco, CA on Thursday, February 2.

Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) 17.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.32, $0.25 better than the analyst estimate of $1.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.14 billion. Looking for Q3 sales to exceed $4.3 billion. The Street is currently expecting Q3 sales of $4.34 billion. Sees Q4 sales exceeding $5 billion. Sees CY12 sales of $20 billion.

Jda Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS) 17.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.65, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $174.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $172.8 million.

Cytec Industries, Inc. (NYSE: CYT) 15.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.86, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $731 million versus the consensus estimate of $738.23 million. Hired adviser to review options for Coatings Resins.

AOL (NYSE: AOL) 14.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.23, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $576.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $573.09 million.

Manpowergroup (NYSE: MAN) 14.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.98, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.48 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.54 billion. Manpowergroup sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.30-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.37.

Medical Action Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDCI) 13.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $112.97 million versus the consensus estimate of $108.25 million.

Aspen Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZPN) 13.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.06, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.6 million. Expects to report Q3 sales of $57-$60 million and an adjusted loss of $5.5-$7.5 million. The Street is currently expecting quarterly revenue of $61.50 million. The company is targeting FY12 adj-loss of 9-19 cents per share on sales of $235-$240 million. Analysts on the Street are expecting a quarterly loss of 1 cent per share on sales of $232.8 million.

Quicksilver Resources Inc. (NYSE: KWK) 13.2% LOWER; intends to spend approximately $370 million in 2012 for drilling and completion and related oil and gas activities. This projected spending includes approximately $302 million for drilling and completion activities, $46 million for gathering and $22 million for leasehold. On a project basis, approximately $108 million is anticipated to be spent in the Fort Worth Basin, predominately in the liquids-rich southern acreage, $180 million in Canada and $82 million in emerging oil plays in the Sandwash Basin in Colorado and the Permian/Delaware basins in West Texas. BofA upgraded the stock to Underperform.

Polypore (NYSE: PPO) 13.1% HIGHER; following a 30 percent decline yesterday amid concerns related to customer LG Chem, traders are taking the opportunity to buy the stock today. Although Wunderlich initiated coverage on the stock with a Sell rating and Axiom Capital said it expects more downside, the stock is getting some defense today. Needham and Ardour defended the stock.

Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVNT) 12.7% LOWER; today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has appointed David Y. Norton, a member of the Savient Board and former Company Group Chairman, Global Pharmaceuticals for Johnson & Johnson, to the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Norton succeeds John H. Johnson who has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of Savient to become President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman-Elect of Dendreon Corporation (Nasdaq: DNDN). The Board will conduct a search process for a permanent Chief Executive Officer. The stock was also downgraded at Cowen.

Whirlpool Corp. (NYSE: WHR) 11.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 GAAP EPS of $2.62, $0.69 better than the analyst estimate of $1.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.98 billion. During the fourth quarter, on an adjusted basis, diluted earnings per share, excluding unusual items, restructuring expense, Brazilian (BEFIEX) tax credits and U.S. energy tax credits, totaled $0.32. Whirlpool Corp. sees FY2012 unadjusted EPS of $5.00-$5.50, versus the consensus of $5.85.

Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: HA) 11.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. The stock was downgraded to Market Perform at Avondale.

Manitowoc Co. (NYSE: MTW) 11.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.14, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of $956.54 million.

Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) 9.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.08, $0.58 better than the analyst estimate of $1.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $985.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.02 billion.

Fortinet, Inc. (NASDAQ: FTNT) 9.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.14, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $116.47 million.

Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) 9.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $18.2 billion. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $12-$13.4 billion, versus the consensus of $13.41 billion.
