Micromet (Nasdaq: MITI) 32% HIGHER; Amgen (Nasdaq: AMGN) to acquire the company for $11/share.

RealNetworks, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNWK) 31.8% HIGHER; today announced that it has signed an agreement to sell a significant number of its patents and its next generation video codec software to Intel Corporation (Nasdaq: INTC) for a purchase price of $120 million. Under terms of the sale, RealNetworks retains certain rights to continue to use the patents in current and future products.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) 22% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.73, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Sales of $875.6 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $857 million. Netflix, Inc. sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.16-$-0.49, versus the consensus of $-0.29. Sees Q1 sales of $842-$877 million, vs. the consensus of $845.6 million. The stock was upgraded at Gabelli and Citi.

Momenta (Nasdaq: MNTA) 18.2% LOWER; Amphastar won appeals court stay in generic LOVENOX case.

Parametric Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: PMTC) 18% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.35, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $319.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $313.61 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.32-$0.36, versus the consensus of $0.33. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $305-$320 million, versus the consensus of $316.15 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.58-$1.62, versus the consensus of $1.49. Sees FY2012 revenue of $1.31-$1.33 billion, versus the consensus of $1.32 billion.

Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: MWW) 17.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.11, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $250 million versus the consensus estimate of $258.9 million. Cutting about 7 percent of staff. Sees Q1 sales down 3-7 percent and EPS breakeven to 4 cents. Street currently expecting quarterly EPS of 9 cents.

EntreMed (Nasdaq: ENMD) 16.3% HIGHER; continuing a very sharp rally over the last two weeks. The stock is up nearly 150 percent over the last seven trading sessions.

Arctic Cat, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAT) 15.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.92, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $207 million versus the consensus estimate of $181.84 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.60-$1.70, versus prior guidance of $1.10-$1.15 and the consensus of $1.22. Sees FY2012 revenue of $568-$575 million, versus prior guidance of $530-$545 million and the consensus of $544.05 million.

Republic Airways (Nasdaq: RJET) 14.6% HIGHER; sees Q4 adj-EPS of 31-36 cents, vs. the consensus of 9 cents. Sees an impairment charge of about $4.5-$5 million per aircraft.

National Bank of Greece (NYSE: NBG) 14.4% HIGHER; stock continuing higher, now up more than 90 percent since a low set on Jan. 10th.

Biolase Technology (Nasdaq: BLTI) 14.1% HIGHER; pushing over the $3 level on very heavy volume today.

Logitech International Sa (NASDAQ: LOGI) 13.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.32, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $715 million versus the consensus estimate of $768.33 million. Logitech International Sa sees FY2012 operating income of approximately $60 million. Logitech International Sa sees FY2012 revenue of ~$2.3 billion, versus the consensus of $2.4 billion.

Carbo Ceramics, Inc. (NYSE: CRR) 11.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.43, $0.27 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $158.12 million versus the consensus estimate of $179.24 million.

E*Trade Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: ETFC) 11.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02), $0.22 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $475 million versus the consensus estimate of $488.94 million. E*TRADE reported DARTs of 140,000 during the quarter, a decrease of 15 percent from the prior quarter and seven percent versus the same quarter a year ago. DARTs for the full year were 157,000, up from 151,000 in 2010. The stock was downgraded at Goldman.

Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX) 11.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $71.43 million.

Quantum Corp. (NYSE: QTM) 11.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.05, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $173 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.11 million. Sees Q4 2012 GAAP gross margin and non-GAAP gross margin rates slightly below those in FQ3'12. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $160-$170 million, versus the consensus of $169.73 million.

JCPenney (NYSE: JCP) 11.1% HIGHER; shares jump as, at the company's Analyst Meeting, CEO Ron Johnson is laying out 2012's strategy. The company expects to meet or beat FY10 earnings this year. Sandisk Corp (NASDAQ: SNDK) 10.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.29, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.58 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.57 billion. Sees Q1 sales of $1.3-$1.35 billion, FY12 sales of $6.2-$6.6 billion. Street currently looking for Q1 sales of $1.46 billion and FY12 sales of $6.65 billion.

LSI (NYSE: LSI) 10.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.13, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $523 million versus the consensus estimate of $526.54 million. LSI sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.09-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.10. LSI sees Q1 2012 revenue of $550-$590 million, versus the consensus of $509.75 million.

Briggs & Stratton Corp. (NYSE: BGG) 9.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.06, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $447.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $457.06 million. Briggs & Stratton Corp. sees FY2012 EPS of $1.15-$1.35, versus the consensus of $1.27. Also announced a restructuring.

Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL) 9.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.67, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $94.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.66 million. The stock was upgraded at Goldman.
