AsiaInfo-Linkage (Nasdaq: ASIA) 20% HIGHER; the company's Board of Directors has received a non-binding proposal letter from Power Joy (Cayman) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CITIC Capital China Partners II, L.P., pursuant to which Power Joy proposes to acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock of AsiaInfo-Linkage in cash at a price which represents a premium over the current stock price.

Broadvision (Nasdaq: BVSN) 19.9% HIGHER; continuing higher today after pushing above the $22 level yesterday. Shares are up nearly 140 percent since the beginning of this year.

Cogent Communication (Nasdaq: CCOI) 16.5% LOWER; is under heavy pressure related to news that Megaupload.com founder was arrested and the site shutdown by the FBI.

Neostem (AMEX: NBS) 16.1% HIGHER; continuing higher after breaking out on Wednesday. The stock was upgraded from Speculative Buy to Buy at WBB Securities yesterday morning. The firm's Stephen Brozak is one of five analysts who cover the stock.

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) 12.5% LOWER; issues preliminary Q4 adj-EPS of 84-87 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.07. The company lowered its FY11 EPS from $2.90-$3 to $2.70-$2.73, which compares to the Street estimate of $2.94.

Ku6 (Nasdaq: KUTV) 11.1% HIGHER; continuing higher following news on Tuesday of a deal with YouTube. The stock surged 140 percent that and sold off by more than 40 percent over Wednesday and Thursday's sessions.

School Specialty (Nasdaq: SCHS) 11% HIGHER; continues to correct today following a nearly 10 percent to end the last week's session.

Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALTH) 10.2% LOWER; reports the European Medicines Agency (EMA) Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) has issued an opinion recommending against conditional approval of FOLOTYN® (pralatrexate injection) for the treatment of patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) whose disease has progressed after at least one prior systemic therapy. The Company plans to submit a request for re-examination of the CHMP opinion within two weeks.

Camelot Info Systems (NYSE: CIS) 9.6% HIGHER; trading higher on the heels of the deal for AsiaInfo.

Achillion Pharma (Nasdaq: ACHN) 9.2% LOWER; breaking below $10 today. Shares are down about 20 percent this week.

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISRG) 8.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $3.75, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of $3.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $496.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $483.72 million.
