The Lubrizol Corporation (NYSE: LZ) announces that Edward P. Campbell, 59, has been appointed to its board of directors.
Campbell is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN). Campbell spent 11 years in operating and financial management positions in the petroleum industry before joining Nordson in 1988 as corporate vice president.
