The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share to be paid on September 1, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is August 12.
With shares of Kroger up 1.8% to $22.25 today, the dividend yields 1.62%.
