Greif, Inc. (NYSE: GEF) today declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.38 per share of Class A Common Stock, payable on Oct. 1, 2009, to shareholders of record at close of business on Sept. 18, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is Sept. 16.
With shares of Greif closing at $48.58 today, the dividend is yielding 3.13%.
