Flextronics (FLEX) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c; Guides Above for Q4 Earnings
Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX) reports Q3 EPS of $0.13, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $5.832 billion, which compares to the estimate of $5.76 billion.
For the third quarter ending December 31, 2009, revenue is expected to be in the range of $6.0 billion to $6.4 billion and adjusted EPS is expected to be in the range of $0.14 to $0.16 per share. (Consensus is $6.24B and $0.13)
GAAP earnings per share are expected to be lower than the guidance provided herein by approximately $0.07 per diluted share for estimated restructuring activities, quarterly intangible amortization, stock-based compensation expense and non-cash interest expense.
