Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share of common stock payable June 10, 2009, to stockholders of record May 15, 2009.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of May 13.
The dividend yields 3.58%.
