DayStar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSTI) announced that it has appointed Michael Matvieshen as Chief Executive Officer of Daystar Technologies. In anticipation of the closing of the EPOD Solar Inc., Daystar transaction announced on Monday, September 21, 2009, Robert Aldrich resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the board of directors appointed Michael Matvieshen to serve as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company pursuant to the terms of the LOI.
