Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share, payable July 16, 2009 to stockholders of record as of July 2, 2009.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of June 30.
The dividend currently yields 1.04%.
