Capitol Bancorp Limited (NYSE: CBC) today announced that its Board has reduced its quarterly dividend by 66% from $0.15 to $0.05 per common share. The dividend will be payable September 1, 2008, to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2008.
Today's dividend is Capital Bancorp's 64th consecutive quarterly dividend.
