Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) and CryoCor, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRYO) signed a definitive merger agreement, under which Boston Scientific will pay a cash purchase price of $1.35 per share of CryoCor, or approximately $17.6 million.
