TUPELO, Miss., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Aubrey Patterson and Chief Financial Officer Bill Prater will make presentations to bank stock analysts at two financial conferences this week. The two conferences include:

        Grand Hyatt, New York, NY, November 11, 2009 at 9:40 a.m. Eastern time.

    --  The Sandler O'Neill East Coast Financial Services Conference, The
        Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, FL, November 12, 2009 at 1:35 p.m. Eastern
        time.
