Baltimore Gas and Electric Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), a subsidiary of Constellation Energy (NYSE: CEG), announced today that it declared quarterly dividends at the specified rate for all of its outstanding preferred stock, payable Jan. 4, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 10, 2009.
